This research was conducted with the aim to know the opportunities and visibility of business hampers. This study is also used to obtain data from the public on their views on business hampers and see how business opportunities from the findings of this study. The research was conducted by qualitative, quantitative, observation and literature study. In this study, the authors look for excisting problems from excisting hampers business, explore the advantages, the shortcomings of the hampers business that has been running to create a new innovation that can be given to develop business hampers. The study was conducted by interviewing competent expert in business especially hampers business to create a new innovation that can be applied in order to develop Giftery Hampers. This research was conducted by quantitative method by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents and qualitative methods through interviews with 5 speakers. This research is also supported by literature studies. Based on research that has been done that custom service is now a trend today because consumers today, much more expressive. Then through a study of literature that is done in the find also that custom enthusiasts more. Business services custom baby accessories has a target market at mothers aged from 23 to 26 years who have children aged 1-5 years. Home decorations made of natural materials also tend to have more functionalities in urban living. The sole purpose of idea creation of this business is to focus on the increase of business and industry in urban living, which renders a negative impact towards ecosystem, especially plants. With the intention to render parts of plant ecosystem to be more functional and to have good impact on urban living. Research method used for this project is with qualitative conducted by interviews and quantitative conducted by distribution of questionnaires. The conclusion of research is that urban society is interested of Natural Home Decor products for urban living applications. The research method used in this research is quantitative and qualitative research methods. Quantitative research method is an online questionnaire with 100 respondents domiciled in Surabaya, while qualitative research methods includes interviews with experts and videography services users as well as literature studies of books and journals related to videography, social media and marketing. The result of the research was the young moms likes a clothes that have a positive added value with bright colours, comfortable materials, and also a simple silhouette. So, the designing process, the designer used an application that can be moveable with using sew magnet. The designer used origami from fabric that inspired from japanese culture that assemble the butterflies, flowers, and also a propeller. With creating and designing brand “Bluzh!”, the designer hope that a children that wears the clothes can practice the motoric section fo hand gestures and also can be creatives with the origami. Table decoration is equivalent to any celebration, from birthday parties, bridal showers, anniversaries, to special occasions such as Christmas, Chinese New Year, etc. This research aims to perform the innovation of loase / loan, a table decoration equipment rental company, so that consumers can create their own decoration as they desire. By providing an opportunity for Surabaya residents who want to create an event, but do not have the equipments to decorate. This decoration equipment rental service business can enhance the customers satisfaction for Rovecè company. Methods that are used for this study includes qualitvative method which is done by interviewing the expert user of the owner of table decoration printing agency in Surabaya and the owner of table decoration in Surabaya and some customers of table decoration in Surabaya. Also, quantitave method which spreads quetionnaires to target audiences to determine the feasibility of this business. Preliminary result shows that 67 out of 100 people have used decoration services due to their good designs. While 33 out of 100 people said that they have never used decoration service because there hasn’t been any event that requires decorating service, but they are interested in using the services of the table decorations.
