The formation of this kind of competences cannot be ensured by purely theoretical training; therefore, it is proposed to use models of optimal environmental management as vivid examples of solving optimization problems. The models illustrate such basic optimization concepts as the objective functional, different kinds of constraints, and the formulation of nonlinear and dynamic programming problems. Using the examples of managing the process of forest restoration, the importance of the correct selection of parameters of the model and methods for solving the optimization problem is shown. Concrete examples of using the proposed technique are given.","PeriodicalId":191828,"journal":{"name":"2021 1st International Conference on Technology Enhanced Learning in Higher Education (TELE)","volume":"30 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-06-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125216502","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

For training courses on programming, it is promising to use automatic generation and automatic grading of exercises that require a student to write a program. This article discusses the general scheme for constructing a programming exercises generator and identifies two classes of exercises, the generation of which can be automated: converting notation into code and converting data formats. Several examples of programming exercise generators are discussed. The experience of using exercise generators for the Python programming course is briefly described.","PeriodicalId":191828,"journal":{"name":"2021 1st International Conference on Technology Enhanced Learning in Higher Education (TELE)","volume":"101 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-06-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124799226","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The types of projects that require training materials of different levels of complexity are considered and approaches to the construction of training courses for such projects are proposed. Attention is drawn to the “problems of the real world” associated with the difference between real signals coming from external devices from their idealized representation used in simulators. This factor complicates the application of distance learning technologies based on the use of only software tools and requires the use of remote access to real equipment, which implies the organization of the educational process based on laboratory stands with FPGA and connection of real signal sources.","PeriodicalId":191828,"journal":{"name":"2021 1st International Conference on Technology Enhanced Learning in Higher Education (TELE)","volume":"45 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-06-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132590793","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

If such systems are implemented in educational organizations with requirements of a large scale, as well as a complex organization, then in some cases a significant amount of resources is required. The implementation of their development, development for universal design solutions based on information technology can be carried out on the basis of methods of system analysis and mathematical modeling. This paper has developed a mathematical model of information processing in electronic document management systems in educational institutions. Such a model is used in order to formalize the structure of documents, to optimize the processes of processing, interaction and movement of documents.","PeriodicalId":191828,"journal":{"name":"2021 1st International Conference on Technology Enhanced Learning in Higher Education (TELE)","volume":"44 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-06-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127386998","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

There is a problem of finding optimal approaches for pedagogical adaptation of the potential of the digital educational environment to the tasks of ecological development of the personality. The research is based on theoretical analysis and comparison of classical and modern approaches to the problem under study. Netnographic study was a large-scale empirical study for the level of ecological culture of students (9395 people). The distribution of students' responses was performed using Pearson's criterion. The phenomenological aspect of human ecological development has been sufficiently studied in terms of theory, methodology, and application. An analysis of presented approaches has contributed to the definition of the term «ecologically oriented personality». The issue of digital technology application for the development and implementation of the process under consideration has been insufficiently studied. As a result of empirical research, we have obtained a stable trend showing positive results related to the motivation for environmental-oriented activities among students, with the presence of axiological determinants for environmental-oriented activities, including those related to the small Homeland. Taking into account the significant involvement of the student community in the digital educational space, the correlation between the dominants in environmental thinking caused by the digital socio-cultural reality is revealed, which confirms the theoretically justified determinants of individual eco-cultural development.","PeriodicalId":191828,"journal":{"name":"2021 1st International Conference on Technology Enhanced Learning in Higher Education (TELE)","volume":"22 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-06-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115352520","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
