One way to study evolution is to study how the frequency of a population’s allele varies from generation to generation. An allele is a type of gene variant. In other words, rather than looking at two parental species, evolution should be investigated by looking at the population as a whole. The only way to do this is therefore to investigate how allele frequencies shift in populations and how these shifts will predict what will happen to a population in the future. Throughout biology, there are basic equations which are used to model this theory basically termed as Hardy-Weinberg principle. This paper describes a new method that integrates Ecology and Engineering by automating the Hardy-Weinberg model using ADAM Optimization technique. The neural network trained based on Keras and Tensorflow has been deployed using python for the study of evolution. The developed model is tested with standard allele frequency database “ALFRED” to prove the efficiency.","PeriodicalId":191794,"journal":{"name":"2020 Advanced Computing and Communication Technologies for High Performance Applications (ACCTHPA)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130167830","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This disease called Amblyopia. Two to five percent people are affected by this disorder. Cibis, Wang, and Van Eenwyk have developed an automatic system for sight screening, aimed for early finding the problem while the person is a child. These systems not able to achieve an accuracy of more than 78%. From AVVDA system two more features are used but achieved a low accuracy. We are using traditional machine learning technique, decision tree approach, to get more accuracy. We have used random forest WEKA architecture for the patient vision data set and for selecting the appropriate features we have used InfoGain Class. With the decision tree approach, our work showed good results, where the accuracy achieved is more than 90%.","PeriodicalId":191794,"journal":{"name":"2020 Advanced Computing and Communication Technologies for High Performance Applications (ACCTHPA)","volume":"60 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129683313","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It breaks down any given text or comments and classify the text either as positive or negative based on the views conveyed in it. Previous works done on sentiment classification used either lexicon based approach or machine learning techniques. Likewise, the major drawback of the existing systems was the focus on only binary classification of review such as positive or negative. Ignorance of the neutral review will result in misinterpretation of a customer’s opinion about a product or movie, which will degrade the business or trend. In case of using only lexicon based approach, the system highly depends on the selection of lexicon resource and dictionary. In case of system built only using machine learning approach, the performance of the system depends on the algorithms chosen. This work presents a hybrid model to resolve the neutral class too. The proposed work combines a lexical approach (SentiWordNet) with the machine learning algorithms such as Support Vector Machine, Decision Tree, Logistic Regression and Naive Bayes for sentiment analysis to resolve the neutral opinions beyond the binary categorization of the customer’s review. We have also compared the performance of these four machine learning algorithms along with the lexicon approach. The results proved that Support Vector Machine and Logistic Regression algorithms outperform the other two algorithms with an accuracy of about 80% which is on average differs by 6% to 10% when compared to other algorithms.","PeriodicalId":191794,"journal":{"name":"2020 Advanced Computing and Communication Technologies for High Performance Applications (ACCTHPA)","volume":"100 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126309510","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

But the number of works done in this field is relatively less compared to other domains like Manufacturing, Healthcare, Autonomous Vehicles, and Aviation. Due to frequent natural calamities like floods and epidemics, the need for sustainable and self-sufficient agriculture from the primary level is essential. Soil-less agriculture is gaining more popularity over soil-born methods due to issues of soil-based agriculture like soil erosion, intensive labor, water reusability, and overall productivity. This work deals with one of the popular soil-less methods, Hydroponics. The various ways in which DTs can contribute to the various phases of hydroponics like designing, operation, monitoring, optimization, and maintenance are discussed. This paper also presents a review of research works done in the application of DT in smart farming.","PeriodicalId":191794,"journal":{"name":"2020 Advanced Computing and Communication Technologies for High Performance Applications (ACCTHPA)","volume":"99 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132626333","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This is a challenging problem in Big Data science for Computational Biologist due to the large number of DNA sequences being generated, explored, and analyzed. Identifying the position of genes in a genome as a permutation has transformed this problem into a sorting of permutations with certain constraints. Sorting permutations by different types of reversals and transpositions have been an active area of research due to their high resemblance to genome rearrangements. A prefix transposition is a particular type of transposition where the first few symbols of the permutation are moved to another fixed position. In this paper, we provide a better upper bound for sorting permutations by prefix transpositions.","PeriodicalId":191794,"journal":{"name":"2020 Advanced Computing and Communication Technologies for High Performance Applications (ACCTHPA)","volume":"87 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114395301","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The information that is combined from various image frames, it is generally in the context of time-averaging to remove statistically atomic noise shifts in the images. Due to wave action, a ship has constantly changing roll, yaw and pitch angular velocities, which makes the ISAR images quite changeable from frame to frame. A method for identifying the target based on 3D dispersed information from a sequence of 2D ISAR images is elucidated. A Trained-Model will be given an ISAR image as an input; and this model will use an image classifier based on deep learning to recognize and classify the images.","PeriodicalId":191794,"journal":{"name":"2020 Advanced Computing and Communication Technologies for High Performance Applications (ACCTHPA)","volume":"7 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116656245","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
