However, advertisers usually have no sufficient knowledge to determine the optimal budget for each temporal slot, because there exist much uncertainty in search advertising markets. In this paper, we present a stochastic model for budget distribution over a series of sequential temporal slots under a finite time horizon, assuming that the best budget is a random variable. We study some properties and feasible solutions for our model, taking the best budget being characterized by either normal distribution or uniform distribution, respectively. Furthermore, we also make some experiments to evaluate our model and identify strategies with the real-world data collected from practical advertising campaigns. A large number of possible testing procedures were developed for measuring pavement surface temperature, sensor moisture state and the water film thickness. In a year and a half of the time, three factory embedded pavement status Sensors are tested, the outdoor data in different environment including rainy, snowy, sunny and freeze days is analyzed. Firstly, the fog-degraded image is segmented into blocks and low-rank decomposition is carried out for these blocks. Then the block with the minimal sparsity is selected for the local transfer function computation. And the global transfer function is derived from the super-resolution reconstruction based on the double-cubic interpolation. Finally, the enhanced image is obtained by deconvolution of the fog-degraded image and the global transfer function. Our proposed method is conducted based on the traffic videos obtained under the same view and angle. Moreover, our proposed method is compared with several state-of-the-art enhancement methods including notch filter, BM3D and Retinex Model. And the enhanced images are applied for vehicle tracking by the means of BWH mean shift. In this paper, a graph-based constraints analysis approach was proposed to solve the project scoping problem. It firstly build a directed graph based on the dependencies among the requirements, secondly update the connected graph based on user defined inclusive and exclusive constraints, thirdly find the connected sub-graph set, fourthly verify the constraints for sub-graph and determine all candidate sub-graph sets, and finally determine solution for the project scoping problem through solving a Knapsack problem. The proposed approach was illustrated through a simple example and validated by real cases. A Model Predictive Control (MPC) method is introduced which is based on a microscopic store-and-forward modeling (SFM) paradigm. Moreover, a preliminary simulation of urban traffic flow management is implemented with the help of MATLAB/SIMULINK and PARAMICS. The results demonstrate the efficiency and feasibility of the MPC signal control method, which can take all the operational constraints into consideration easily. Unlike the guaranteed display advertising, it utilizes programmatic instantaneous auction to price and sell ad inventory on a per-impression basis. RTB enbales advertisers to target audiences at demographic, psychographic or behavioral levels across a wide range of websites. In RTB markets, information about target audiences is usually disclosed to advertisers, while information about publishers (e.g. website ranking, advertising page) are typically not avaliable for advertisers, especially in real-time setting. This leads to a serious information asymmetry problem in RTB markets, which has significant influence on both advertisers' bidding strategies and publishers' revenues. In this paper, we study the information disclosure strategies of publishers in case when the disclosure may incur an extra cost. We address this information asymmetry problem by first formulating the RTB auction as an second-price sealed-bid game, then discussing equilibrium information disclosure strategies for publishers and also investigating advertisers' bidding strategies in the three information disclosure cases: all disclosed, non-disclosed, and partially disclosed. Release date and chain constraint are also considered. A 3-stage method is presented for the hub location problem of scale-distance tradeoffs in a context of hub-and-spoke network. A business-rule based preprocessing determines cargo quantities shipped directly and hub-transferred. A 0-1 integer programming model incorporating stepwise transport rates is proposed. Dynamic transport rates are utilized to maximize applicable scale and distance economies by best matching cargo flows with vehicle types. The design principle and constructive method of the circuits are explained in detail. Virtual instrument and element are used to fulfill the design and simulation of the cell and whole circuits. The innovation of the present method is the complementation between the hardware and the Multisim simulation software, which can lead to the diversity of the electric circuits' hardware design.
