The use of Optical Character Recognition (OCR) to identify the vehicles will permit to monitoring several items, like: localization of bus, non-authorized vehicles and so on. This research considers the use of existing ITS infrastructure and technology and the main advantage of LPR is the ability to identify vehicles without disrupting the normal flow or even cause a decrease in speed and to be nonintrusive in perspective of vehicles owners.","PeriodicalId":191618,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Computational and Applied Mathematics & Computer Science","volume":"36 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-06-04","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129944122","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Therefore, for a better graphic performance we have used CATIA V5 that allows the 2D/3D solids modeling with geometric constraints. In CATIA, we can simulate the whole very easy thing within a virtual reality (VR) using the applications called „Part Design and Generative Structural Analysis”.","PeriodicalId":191618,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Computational and Applied Mathematics & Computer Science","volume":"29 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-06-04","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127926700","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

{"title":"A Driver Identification Method for a Car Through a Wireless Communication","authors":"Jaemyoung Lee","doi":"10.37394/232028.2022.2.5","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.37394/232028.2022.2.5","url":null,"abstract":"To prevent car thefts, we propose a driver identification method through a wireless communication using a smart phone and a system equipped with an NFC chip in a car. Driver identifications are carried out by approaching the driver’s NFC device to the NFC system in the car which does not require complicated systems to install the NFC in a car. For a theft case in which driver’s NFC code does not match to the registered, subsequent steps could be taken into action. In the proposed method, we can trace the stolen car by sending GPS information to the owner. The proposed method which does not require advanced technology to implement has high identification rates.","PeriodicalId":191618,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Computational and Applied Mathematics & Computer Science","volume":"14 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-06-04","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128825149","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In the complex plane, the flow of velocity is a crucial factor to discriminate different shapes. Hence, the present paper computes the potential flow by transforming the shape of the input object into complex plane. The present paper computes the Vortex based Complex Potential signature (VCP) by considering the radial lines as Equipotential lines and the circles as streamlines. The proposed VCP signature is described with the Fourier transformation for the generation of feature vector. The Chebyshev distance measure is used in the shape toning stage. The efficiency of the proposed descriptor is evaluated with the MPEG-CE-1 Set B database. The results prove the competency of the proposed descriptor than the benchmark descriptors","PeriodicalId":191618,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Computational and Applied Mathematics & Computer Science","volume":"18 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-06-04","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114270068","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The quality of service is achieved through an efficient automation system, this system called ITS (Intelligent Transportation System), which allows control over the operating activities and maintenance of the BRT, but system complexity brings the difficulty in defining the necessary equipment and systems. In this context, the article brings to discussion the functionality of the equipment and systems that allow this warranty service in order to standardize for the BRT actors to understand each of these equipment and systems and achieve the best outcome for the operation of the BRT.","PeriodicalId":191618,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Computational and Applied Mathematics & Computer Science","volume":"17 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-06-04","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123860543","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The method encloses motion and appearance descriptors to specify characteristics of each trajectory. Moreover, combining gradient and optical flow field using tensor product has made a strong positive impact on the result as we introduced in our previous work. In this paper, a breakthrough concept of encoding a high dimensional unbound space using spherical coordinate is introduced and imposed to obtain sophisticated spherical tensor features. The experimental result shows that our propose features outperforms other conventional ones and the combination of all feature channels achieves the highest accuracy rate in our selfrecorded dataset.","PeriodicalId":191618,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Computational and Applied Mathematics & Computer Science","volume":"19 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-06-04","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134108364","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
