While the definition of each program is locally generally understood, they often show significant differences when compared across countries. These differences might hamper the internationalization flow of students and professionals among LA countries and abroad. Previous initiatives have described a methodology for comparing computing programs in LA based on ACM/IEEE computing curricula recommendations. In this line, it is essential for children and youth developing mainstays for solving problems and adequately understanding the information around them. These mainstays are strongly related to logical and mathematical skills. Therefore, in this paper, we present an educational tool that uses augmented reality to provide interactive exercises for the following areas: functions, areas, volumes, angles, and the Pythagorean theorem. Similarly, our proposal incorporates a decision support system that suggests to a given student what activities and exercises must solve. Essentially, we focus on before and after sessions in order to measure the effect of such sessions. Based on an extensive statistical study we identify the possible scenarios that could be interpreted as findings. The use of cell phones among university students during the classroom is evident. The teacher, therefore, must incorporate didactic strategies aimed to get the student’s attention as long as possible and one way to achieve this is making the students use their digital resources as tools for their learning. In this paper we want to share the experience of incorporating gamification with digital tools such as Kahoot in university didactic for System Engineering students at the University of Sciences and Humanities, Lima, Peru. Likewise, by 2050, around 80% of senior citizens will be living in low- and middle-income countries. They tend to suffer from several disorders such as hearing loss, cataracts, refractive errors, back and neck pain and osteoarthritis, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, diabetes, depression, and dementia. Cognitive decline is one of the most complex conditions that a senior citizen can face. For this reason, this paper proposes an interactive system that delivers collaborative playful activities to senior citizens through Personal Area Networks and serious games. In the same way, the proposal incorporates electronics kits to stimulate visuomotor coordination, spatial reasoning, and visual perception. Due to the community nature of this process,it is important that teachers achieve this objective through collaborative mechanisms. This research addresses the theme of the use of virtual collaborative environments to achieve knowledge of the Institutional Educational Model in university teachers. To this end, the study focuses on a sample of teachers from a university in North Lima belonging to the faculties of Engineering, Nursing, Education and Administration. The virtual classroom design was carried out using the Moodle platform and from the pedagogical point of view it was built considering collaborative and feedback tools. The study considers variables of gender, seniority and faculty of origin. Active learning is seen as the solution to increase engagement and learning during class time. In particular, posting multiple choice questions (MCQ) is a popular technique to both capture student attention and revise and fix possible misconceptions.This paper reports on the experience of using IF-AT cards to revise course content in a Computer Science course. This type of quiz differs from other in-class MCQ approaches such as clickers in that students work in groups, and that they must continue to discuss a question until they find the correct answer.
