Data collection technique used were by questionnaire, interview, and document study and data analysis method were mixed (quantitative and qualitative) methods, with a concurrent mixed method strategy, especially the concurrent triangulation. The results of this study indicate that Tri Hita Karana in this hotel has a 16.6% effect on increasing room occupancy. Methods of data collection used are by conducting interviews with key and supporting informants, observation techniques using participant observation, literature review, and document study. The data analysis method used is qualitative research through transcript data, data reduction, data displaying, and concluding. The result of this research shows that The Apurva Kempinski Bali has fulfilled the requirements of the certification and has applied the green hotel practices within the hotel area to support sustainable developments including energy efficiency, freshwater resources, waste-water management, solid waste management, ecosystem and conservation, land use planning, air quality protection, management of social and cultures, and harmful substances management. Some improvements need to be taken into account such as the renewable energy generation potential evaluation, shower, and taps low flow installation, and sustainable room amenities materials. It is a critical and important advantage for the hotel as well to attract more guests to stay, since the topic of sustainability nowadays has become famous which affecting the decision of guest to staying in the hotel. The research method used are service quality and importance-performance analysis method from January until first April 2021 with 80 guest staying in the hotel. It is by measuring five dimensions of service quality: tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy. The results of the assessment show that the average room attendant performance is lower than the average guest expectation, so guests staying at the hotel are less satisfied with the service of the room attendant. Data were collected by using a questionnaire distributed to visitors to the tourist village of Pohsanten using accidental compenience sampling to 60 respondents. The collected data were analyzed descriptively and quantitatively with frequency. From the results of the analysis it can be concluded that the Pohsanten Tourist Village have reached the Top of Mind in the minds of the respondents. The primary data of this study was generated through interviews with several informants, while the secondary data was obtained through a review of literature, books, journals, and online media. Techniques of data analysis using descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of the study reveal that the application of green tourism in the Mount Rinjani National Park area is quite good. This can be seen from the awareness of the community, organizations and related agencies in carrying out clean up and tree planting activities, both in tourist areas and the tropical rain forest with its rich biodiversity. The results of research show that the role of pentahelix in building digital marketing in Lubuak Mande Rubiah is that the government plays a role in making regulations to promote people's welfare. Padang city government has made regulations on the management of tourist destinations. Tourism actors collaborate with Pokdarwis and other stakeholders. The data of the research was collected through observation, interview, questionnaires’ distribution, and documentation. The questionnaires were distributed to the 38 employees of the Housekeeping Department. Quantitative analysis was used to analyze the data. The research results using the frequency distribution of Likert scale with 5 (five) scales on the SPSS version 25.0 stated that the average value of the indicators related to the implementation of green housekeeping management on the questionnaire was a value of 4 or very well implemented. It is proved that the concept of green housekeeping management at The St. Regis Bali Resort has been implemented very well in the daily operations.
