It is widely used as an organic fertilizer in Indonesia. It maintains the porosity of the soil, so the plant can grow perfectly. Rabbit urine on the other hand can be used as another nitrogen source. However, there is no report about the effect of both combination in shallots production (Allium ascalonicum L.), one of the main commodities in Magelang. For a better understanding on bokashi and rabbit urine, this experiment aims to study about its addition on the stem growth of shallots. Four dosages of rice straw bokashi were used. There are B0 (0kg/plot), B1 (3 kg/plot), B2 (4 kg/plot), and B3 (5kg/plot).  While the concentration of rabbit urine are P0 (0 mL/L), P1 (175 mL/L), and P2 (250 mL/L). The growth of the stem is measured every one week until it reached the full growth. This study showed that the addition of bokashi hinder the stem’s growth. It turned out that too many bokashi will raise the temperature of the soil and inhibit the plant’s growth.©2021 JNSMR UIN Walisongo. Water has good quality if it is in accordance with several parameters, including chemical, physical, and biological parameters. Mineral salt content is one of the chemical parameters that can be used to determine the quality of water. In this study, the synthesis of cassava peel hydrochar was successfully carried out using the hydrothermal carbonization (HTC) method. This material was developed to reduce waste of cassava peel biomass and overcome the problem of water hardness. HTC cassava peel was developed as an alternative hard water softener adsorbent. The results of FTIR characterization on hydro-activation (activating hydrochar) and hydro-non (non-activating hydrochar) contain functional groups of O-H stretch, C-H stretch, C≡C stretch and C=C stretch. Observation of surface morphology by SEM method on hydro-non in the form of large sheets, while the surface on hydro-activities in the form of small sheets. The adsorption capacity of hydro-active against Ca2+ ions and Mg2+ ions were 85.240 mg/g and 87.210 mg/g, respectively. Meanwhile, the hydro-non adsorption capacity of Ca2+ and Mg2+ ions were 84,736 mg/g and 85,713 mg/g. Sulfate impregnation on porous support material will increase the surface area of the catalyst. The use of KCC-1 as a supporting material can produce catalysts with excellent properties. The method used in this research is the hydrothermal method for the synthesis of KCC-1 and the direct impregnation method for the synthesis of SO42-/KCC-1. Characterization of the resulting material using X-ray diffraction (XRD), FTIR spectrometer, and low temperature emission scanning electron microscope (SEM). The characterization results showed that the synthesis of KCC-1 and SO42-/KCC-1 had been successfully carried out. Based on the analysis, obtained a disease-free equilibrium point, then the stability is seen from the basic reproduction number. The basic reproduction numbers show supporting factors and inhibitors of transmission of Zika virus. Then looking for optimal control, the principle is to control transmission of the Zika virus through reducing interactions between mosquitoes and humans, transmission from infected mosquitoes to susceptible humans, and estimates of mosquito deaths by being given insecticides. With the optimal control solution obtained, it produces a strategy to prevent and control the Zika virus and does not incur expensive costs.©2020 JNSMR UIN Walisongo. More than 50% of cases of anaemia are spread throughout the world. One of checks to diagnose anaemia is examination of haemoglobin levels. Examination of haemoglobin levels can be determined by several methods, namely the Sahli’s method, the Cyanmethemoglobin method manually and by automatic method. Examination of haemoglobin levels with a of more than 5 minutes incubation time leads to inaccurate results. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of incubation time on the results of haemoglobin level examination of the Cyanmethemoglobin method. This type of research is experimental research to determine the effect of the incubation time on the results of haemoglobin level examination of the Cyanmethemoglobin method. The population in this research is outpatients with a diagnosis of kidney failure at Gatoel Hospital, Mojokerto, in March 2019. The number of examination samples is 9 samples which is carried out at the Gatoel Hospital Laboratory, Mojokerto. The results of this research show that the average haemoglobin incubation rate of 5 minutes is 7,52 g/dl, incubation of 20 minutes is 7,18 g / dl, and incubation of 30 minutes is 7,04 g / dl. The conclusion of this research is that there is no effect on the delay in incubation time on the results of the haemoglobin level examination of the Cyanmethemoglobin method.","PeriodicalId":191192,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Natural Sciences and Mathematics Research","volume":"45 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-12-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130072590","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This disease can attack someone with a weak immune system. Pneumonia is inflammation of the lungs that can be caused by pathogens, such as bacteria, viruses, and fungi. The purpose of this study was to classify fungal pneumonia, bacterial pneumonia, and lipoid pneumonia based on texture characteristics and the MLP method using machine learning WEKA. The method in this study has three stages including pre-processing, extraction of texture features consisting of Histogram and GLCM, and classification using the MLP (Multi Layer Perceptron) method. The results of the texture feature extraction showed that the three types of pneumonia were: lipoid pneumonia with brightness, sharp contrast random distribution on correlation characteristics, bacterial pneumonia with high brightness, high contrast random distribution on energy characteristics, and fungal pneumonia with brightness, sharp contrast, random distribution of homogeneity attributes. The third similarity of pneumonia is in the gray level that collects each other in the middle. The method used in this study resulted in the same accuracy, sensitivity, and specificity, namely 100%. The image classification in this study shows the success of the texture features and the MLP method in classifying pneumonia images accurately so that they can be used as additional tools that make it easier for medical experts.   ©2020 JNSMR UIN Walisongo.
