People maliciously disseminate rumours in order to increase awareness, slander others or cause panic, etc. To eliminate this issue, many researchers resort to detecting rumours on social media. However, rumour detection is not sufficient to eliminate the negative impact, which also requires official institutions to provide the refutations. In practice, the number of rumours on social media is too large, there is no need to refute some rumours with little or no concern. Therefore, we need to evaluate the impact of the rumours in advance. In this paper, we devise a rumour influence prediction model RISM (Rumour Impact on Social Media) based on a popular rumour intensity formula to predict the impact of a newborn rumour. Extensive numerical experiments are carried out on the real rumour data that are collected from Toutiao.com, which demonstrate the effectiveness of our proposed RISM model.","PeriodicalId":190867,"journal":{"name":"2019 6th International Conference on Behavioral, Economic and Socio-Cultural Computing (BESC)","volume":"77 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128618260","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Especially in recent years, many methods of learning volumetric predictions achieve robust 3D reconstruction using deep networks with 3D convolutional operations, which are direct analogies to classical 2D ones. However, the majority of methods employ strong shape priors and exist computationally waste in predicting 3D shapes. In this paper, we propose 3D-Mask-GAN, a novel framework to efficiently accomplish the task of unsupervised single-view 3D object reconstruction. We use 3D Generative Adversarial Networks (GAN) to predict the 3D shape from the single-view image and improve reconstruction accuracy by applying 2D projection masks instead of 3D priors simultaneously. The key idea is to insert a projector (a build-in camera system to approximate the true rendering pipeline) into the framework of 3D GAN to synthesize novel masks for optimization. We learn single-class and multi-class objects to evaluate our network. Experimental results show that our framework achieves impressive performance with fewer training iterations in terms of unsupervised shape predictions.","PeriodicalId":190867,"journal":{"name":"2019 6th International Conference on Behavioral, Economic and Socio-Cultural Computing (BESC)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130216717","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This paper promotes the study of data capitalization. This paper gives a clear definition of data assets that data assets are data collection that been collected actively or passively by the enterprise. It can return profit to enterprise after processing. Data assets should not be simply regarded as one of intangible assets based on its characteristics. This paper creates one value model of data assets and analyzes the measurement of data asset that the initial measurement of data assets shall be based on the historical cost method, the subsequent measurement shall be measured by the lower number between fair value and historical cost or between the fair value and the current value. The author holds that data capitalization will have a bright future.","PeriodicalId":190867,"journal":{"name":"2019 6th International Conference on Behavioral, Economic and Socio-Cultural Computing (BESC)","volume":"4 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133786514","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this paper, we introduce the train formation plan optimization problem in railway network. Then we propose the 0–1 integrated optimization model with the object function to minimize the sum of accumulation time, running time and transit time. According to the characteristics of the model, an improved solution algorithm is designed based on the Branch-and-Price algorithm. The algorithm is programmed in C# language to solve the model. Finally, the computation results on a case study of simplified China's railway network with 14 large marshalling stations demonstrate the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed optimization method, which shows the application on the actual railway engineering industry.","PeriodicalId":190867,"journal":{"name":"2019 6th International Conference on Behavioral, Economic and Socio-Cultural Computing (BESC)","volume":"38 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124732665","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The adjustment of electricity price can present the change in electricity supply and demand relationship. For the electricity supply companies, an appropriate defined electricity price can eventually determine the level of profit. On the other hand, an accurate prediction can help to seize opportunities in the electricity market. In this paper, we aim to predict the electricity price with more confident accuracy by leveraging data mining techniques. Our experiment on 12 months of electricity prices as well as climate data in the New South Wales has achieved a promising prediction result.","PeriodicalId":190867,"journal":{"name":"2019 6th International Conference on Behavioral, Economic and Socio-Cultural Computing (BESC)","volume":"89 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131058127","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

For many social applications with the prediction requirement, the personalities (labels) of individuals within the relationship (connections) were known to have a significant impact against the analysis, observing two neighbored individuals acquiring an identical label are more likely to affect each other than those are only with different labels. In the paper, we tackle with a more practical problem in which an individual has several labels, rather than considering only an identical label for all individuals. For the task, we first present multi-label independent cascade (MIC) model which is in fact a generalization of the classical IC model, and then in a multi-label social network, we propose two algorithms for analyzing the maximum connectivity between two individuals. The first is a heuristic algorithm, which, generalizing the maximal flow algorithm, is based on repeatedly finding shortest augmenting path; the second is based on linear-programming (LP) and produces optimum solutions. At last, we evaluate the two algorithms by experiments through their practical performance and runtime.","PeriodicalId":190867,"journal":{"name":"2019 6th International Conference on Behavioral, Economic and Socio-Cultural Computing (BESC)","volume":"13 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126095197","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
