To develop a dosage form that is stable, effective and has a higher bioavailability. It is necessary to increase the solubility of such medications. The present study aimed to improve the solubility by solid dispersion technique of Cilnidipine by solid dispersion techniques. Solvent evaporation and melt fusion methods were used to prepare solid dispersions of the drug cilnidipine with various polymers. The solubility of these prepared solid dispersions was evaluated by FT-IR spectroscopy, Differential Scanning Colorimetry and X-ray diffraction. The greatest solubility, of 21.07 µg/mL, was found in the solid dispersion that was developed by solvent evaporation technique employing a combination of Cilnidipine and Poloxamer 188 in a 1:9 ratio. The current investigation showed that solid dispersion using Poloxamer 188 can be a potentially effective method to increase the solubility and rate of dissolution of cilnidipine.

Because of the high incidence and mortality rate, scientists began seeking novel medications that were harmful to cancer cells but not to healthy cells. This study aimed to investigate the effect of CELNORM and its various components individually in colon and lung cancer cells. Based on the LD50 value, colon and lung cancer cells were treated with two different dosages of curcumin, pepper, carrot and cucumber extracts, individually and CELNORM (formulation with all four ingredients). The cytotoxicity of each compound has been checked through morphological analysis and cell viability assay by using the CCK8 kit and statistically analyzed. qPCR-based Gene expression study has also been done to further validate the anti-cancerous properties of the compounds. Curcumin extract decreased cancer cell growth, as evidenced by cytotoxicity and morphological analyses, but pepper, carrot, and cucumber extracts showed a less significant reduction in cancer cell growth. CELNORM, on the other hand, had the highest significant effect in suppressing cell proliferation, indicating the novel health supplement CELNORM renders more efficacy than individual components. Gene expression analysis also verifies the anti-cancerous properties of CELNORM, though some gene expressions are not in the expected line. The morphological analysis and cell viability result has shown the efficacy of the CELNORM over the individual compounds of the CELNORM and gene expression analysis of proliferative genes such as Cyclin D, CDK6, PCNA and BCL-2 further validates the anti-cancerous properties of CELNORM and all four components.

However, the low awareness, perceived risk, and security concerns with online banking services led Indian women to deposit their savings in banks, mostly in accounts operated by the husband or a male family member. This study examines women consumers' awareness and intentions to use digital banking during post-demonetization. The study has analyzed the technology adoption model and established a relationship between perceived usefulness, ease of use, trust, risk and behaviour (independent variables) and intentions to use (dependent variable). We have carried out a primary survey and collected 180 responses from the national capital regions of India. The findings show a positive significant influence of perceived usefulness, ease of use, and behaviour over the intentions to use digital banking. According to the outcome, women consumers are ready to adopt digital banking. The results of this study may be utilized to improve financial services, particularly digital banking, and as part of a marketing campaign to promote its usage. It has been difficult to visit the bank physically during epidemics; thus, using digital banking is strongly advised.

Traditional medical systems like Ayurveda and Chinese Traditional Medicine are just two of the many that use the essential medicinal plant Cassia fistula L. It is a medium-sized tree that loses its leaves in the autumn. Its name is from its beautiful yellow flowers and long, rod-shaped seeds with pulp inside. The plant's roots were extracted using petroleum ether, chloroform, alcohol, and water in that order, and the products were looked at for preliminary phytochemical screening and antioxidant activity. Analysis of phytochemicals like alkaloids, flavonoids, carbohydrates, glycosides, protein, amino acids, saponins, and triterpenoids showed that most elements were present. Furthermore, this work concentrated on isolating and purifying aloe-emodin and Physcionusing column chromatography and then determining their purity using HPTLC. Different extraction solvents were tested, and ethanolic produced the highest yield of both. Toluene: Ethyl acetate: Methanol at 5:4:1 (v/v) showed superior resolution of Rf values at 0.7 and 0.9 as aloe-emodin and Physcion, respectively. Different solvents with different polarities were tried before using TLC to separate aloe-emodin and Physcion. The Toluene-ethyl acetate-formic acid ratio was increased when the silica gel column chromatography polarity was applied to the alcohol extract.

This topic has received increasing attention in recent phases due to the speedy advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AI). Nowadays, a lot of applications, including phone unlocking systems, criminal identification systems, and even home security systems, use face recognition as a common technique. Due to the fact that this method only requires a facial image instead of other dependencies like a key or card, it is more secure. Face detection and face identification are often the first two elements of a human recognition system. Even during COVID-19, it is considered the best way to stop the spread of the COVID-19 virus is by wearing a face mask. The risk of contracting the virus can be reduced by almost 70% only by wearing a face mask. In order to promote community health. This Study aims to produce a highly precise and real-time method that can effectively recognize people and identify non-mask faces in public. When a person stands in front of the device, this application detects the human face automatically using detection, extraction, and recognition algorithms. The proposed work applies the Viola-Jones algorithm for face recognition and the YOLOv5 algorithm for mask detection and classification. When the proposed work is tested, this shows higher accuracy in mask detection which is 92.8%. \u0000 \u0000 \u0000 \u0000

This method is excellent for making semi-solid spheres with a membrane coating so thin that it is barely discernible when placed in the mouth. This experiment used a simple spherification method to turn papaya extract into popping balls with sodium alginate. Intraventricular haemorrhage is a potentially fatal consequence of thrombocytopenia in the newborn period. Extracts from papaya leaves show promise as a treatment for refractory cases of newborn thrombocytopenia. This research aims to learn how to make popping balls out of papaya extract that are both safe to eat and tasty by adding jaggery as a sweetener. Physical parameters such as pH, viscosity, and stability of the prepared balls were studied in in-vitro, 30-day time frame. The findings revealed that papaya-popping balls are homogeneous and have a low viscosity. The expected drug release was 91%. Papaya popping balls were subjected to a three-month stability study. According to the results, there was no variation in colour, pH, or viscosity during the study. All the particles in the formulation were round so that it may be given to kids as an alternative to oral solid dose forms.

These transformations are pivotal in mathematical analysis, especially concerning Lebesgue integral equations. Our investigation led us to corroborate the findings of Acu, Heilmann and Lorentz particularly in the context of functions normed under the L1-norm. Generalization was a key facet of our research, wherein we probed deeper into these operators' behaviors. This endeavor yielded a profound result: the derivation of a global asymptotic formula, providing invaluable insight into the long-term trends exhibited by these operators. Such formulae are instrumental in predicting the operators' behaviors over an extended span. Furthermore, our exploration unveiled a plethora of findings related to these generalized operators. We meticulously computed various moments, shedding light on the statistical characteristics of these transformations. This included an investigation into convergence properties, essential for understanding the stability and reliability of the operators in question. One of the most noteworthy contributions of our study is the elucidation of pointwise approximation and direct results. These findings offer practical applications, allowing for precise and efficient approximations in practical scenarios. This is particularly significant in fields where these operators are routinely employed, such as signal processing, numerical analysis, and scientific computing. In essence, our research has not only confirmed the foundational work of Acu, Heilmann and Lorentz but has also expanded the horizons of knowledge surrounding discrete operator transformations, offering a wealth of insights and practical implications for a wide range of mathematical and computational applications.

It serves as body's primary line of defense alongside various skin diseased conditions. Despite receiving sufficient and appropriate care, diabetes wounds heal slowly and may take a week to complete. A progression of connective tissue patch up is the body's natural defense against tissue damage. Fresh leaves of Ficus racemosa were utilized for the study. In this study, two distinct models were employed to compare how well different Ficus racemosa leaf extracts healed wounds. Excision wounds healed more quickly and to a greater extent after being treated with a flavonoid and tannin fraction of Ficus racemosa leaf extract, suggesting improved epithelization. The extract-treated groups also experienced an increase in breaking potency of incision wounds made; higher breaking strength indicates better wound healing. Complete closure of wound of flavonoid fraction and in fraction of Ficus racemosa extract occurred in 16 and 17 days respectively. Standard treatment increased tensile strength in the diabetic linear incision wound model, followed by treatment with the flavonoid fraction and tannin fraction of Ficus racemosa leaves extract. Ultimate finding and outcome of the present study experimentally demonstrates that extracts of the flavonoid and tannin fractions of Ficus racemosa have wound-healing properties and are effective in treating diabetic wounds. From this study, we state that Ficus racemosa flavonoid fraction and tannin fraction extract has a beneficial effect on blood glucose levels, which shows hypoglycaemic activity.
