Salah satu strategi pembelajaran yang bias diterapkan oleh guru dalam mengolah pembelajarannya adalah dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran course review horay dengan menggunakan LKS dalam meningkatkan hasil bealajar siswa materi stoikiometri ( tata nama senyawa dan persamaan reaksi sederhana ) pada siswa kelas X MA Alhilaal Morella. \u0000Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif, teknik dalam penentuan sampel adalah purposive random sampling (sampel acak) sehingga yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian adalah kelas Xa yang berjumlah 30 siswa. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan tes hasil belajar berupa soal sebanyak 15 butir soal yang terbagi menjadi 10 butir soal pilihan ganda dan 5 butir soal esay. Teknik analisis hasil belajar yang dipakai adalah analisis deskriptif yang dilakukan dalam analisis hasil belajar dan dalam system penilaian, penelitian menggunakan system KKM. Dari data hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan menggaplikasikan penerapan model pembelajaran course review horayterjadi peningkatan hasil belajar sebagai berikut : kualifikasi sangat baik sebesar 23% (7 siswa), kualifikasi baik sebesar 30 % (9 siswa), kualifikasi cukup sebesar 47 % (14 siswa), dan tidak ada siswa dengan kualifikasi kurang dan gagal, sehingga semua siswa dikatakan 100% tuntas.","PeriodicalId":19042,"journal":{"name":"Molluca Journal of Chemistry Education (MJoCE)","volume":"96 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-01-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"90635067","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Selain itu pencemaran merkuri mempunyai pengaruh terhadap ekosistem setempat yang disebabkan sifatnya yang stabil dalam sedimen, kelarutannya yang rendah dalam air dan kemudaahannya diserap dan terakumulasi dalam jaringan tubuh organisme air, baik melalui proses bioakumulasi maupun biomagnifikasi yaitu melalui rantai makanan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menentukan kadar logam berat merkuri (Hg) pada badan air dari sungai Waiapu Pulau Buru. Hal ini sangat penting dilakukan karena selama ini sungai tersebut menjadi tempat pembuangan limbah sisa pengolahan emas secara tradisional menggunakan tromol.Tahap penelitan lapangan meliputi pengukuran parameter fisika dan kimia serta pengambilan sampel dilakukan pada bulan Juli 2015. Sampel air sungai kemudian dikirim ke Laboratorium Kimia Universitas Muhamadiyah Malang untuk pengukuran kadar merkuri menggunakan AAS dengan teknik kurva kalibrasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kadar merkuri pada tiga lokasi sampel yaitu A B dan C masing-masing adalah: 1,392 ppm, 1,5912 ppm dan 3,1975 ppm telah melampaui standar yang ditetapkan oleh pemerintah melalui keputusan Menteri Lingkungan Hidup RI Nomor 115 tahun 2003 yaitu ambang batas merkuri (Hg) pada air golongan C adalah 0,002 ppm.","PeriodicalId":19042,"journal":{"name":"Molluca Journal of Chemistry Education (MJoCE)","volume":"37 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"90455600","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Analysis of amino acid content using by Ultra Performance Liquid Chromatography (UPLC) instrument after content of water and lipid in sample was removed. The results of the analysis showed that there was a change in the concentration of 15 amino acids measured ranging from 85.17% to 2,873.42% in acid hydrolysis and 88.18% to 28.73% in alkaline hydrolysis. The biggest changes occurred in histidine, arginine and serine amino acid concentrations of 2,873.42%, 2,606.74% and 900.00% in acid hydrolysis and in amino acids serine, aspartic acid and histidine which were 88.17%, 62, 99% and 40.02% in alkaline hydrolysis.
