Of the M participants, one is a dealer, and the rest are players, each with a different role. Each participant randomly chooses one value between 0 and N − 1 and receives a score determined by the NCG rule. The amount of reward each participant receives is determined by the score. The values chosen by the participants are combined and hashed into a pseudo-random number. The NCG framework is designed to achieve the following three goals: (1) Incentivize participants to provide random choices, (2) Evaluate the level of randomness in the decentralized environment, and (3) Establish high performance. We implement the NCG framework in Solidity and evaluate its performance. Our extensive experiments revealed that unless more than 90% of NCG players collide, the generated random numbers have high randomness that can pass the NIST randomness test. As the core of blockchain technology, the consensus algorithm determines the security, scalability and decentralization of the blockchain and many other important characteristics. The efficiency of the current blockchain consensus algorithm still needs to be improved. To address this issue, this paper proposes a consensus algorithm for communication resource optimization (CCRO), which divides consensus nodes into different domains, calculates the trust of nodes by several trust factors, and assigns different roles to nodes according to the trust. It also introduces a new class of nodes, i.e., communication nodes, which are responsible for the delivery of messages in the consensus process, and achieves the communication resource optimization of the blockchain system. IOT system using centralized server mode face great security challenges. Blockchain, based on distributed ledger technology, could be a good solution. In order to combine blockchain technology and IOT applications appropriately, this paper proposes a lightweight blockchain with low communication overhead (LBLCO). A new consensus algorithm named proof of repute score based on hidden block (HBPORS) is proposed in LBLCO. The nodes with higher repute score will be more likely to become winner in HBPORS. The repute score mechanism dynamically update the repute score of the nodes according to the contribution and evil behavior of the node in the blockchain system. When the honest node with high repute score obtains the accounting right, it can trigger the hidden block mechanism. Instead of broadcasting the complete information of the packaged block to all nodes, winners can broadcast the low overhead information to other nodes. This paper proposes a data privacy protection and fingerprint tracing method based on the features of decentralization, traceability and non-tampering in blockchain technology. And we combined with the protection of data by secure network platform in trusted computing and differential-traceability algorithm (DTA). We propose a data privacy protection and fingerprint traceability method, and use the SkipList table index structure to improve interaction efficiency. We discuss the proposed data fingerprint-based traceability framework model in a trusted environment using the features of blockchain and trusted computing platforms. In this paper, the data can be processed safely and efficiently to solve the privacy problem, the transaction data is encrypted and recorded on the chain by DTA, and the interaction process uses the SkipList table index to enhance retrieval efficiency. Finally, through multiple experiments and comparison of the results obtained from security testing, it is verified that the blockchain-trusted computing data privacy protection and data fingerprint traceability SkipList table indexing method can achieve traceability for data privacy protection, transaction security management and peer-to-peer verification of encryption and decryption algorithms. The traditional contracts management methods have gradually revealed disadvantages such as contracts loss, delayed update, and data tampering. As a result, the ensuing retail contracts disputes have also become more and more frequently. In terms to handle with such issues, we proposed a blockchain-based electricity retail contracts system, which utilizes immutability and traceability of blockchain. Leveraging the immutability and traceability of blockchain, our system can effectively store retail contracts which alleviates the problem of existing contract disputes. Moreover, we combine Inter-Planetary File System (IPFS) with blockchain to solve the storage problem. However, while developing rapidly, the existing CP-ABE access schemes also face some problems, such as trustworthiness issues involving third-party intermediary entities, secret key management problems brought by single attribute authorization centers, and privacy leakage of attributes. How to achieve safe and effective decentralized access control has been a problem to be explored and solved. In this paper, a trustworthy, secure, and efficient ABE(TSE ABE) based on blockchain and fast attribute-based message encryption (FAME) is proposed by us. First, we combine blockchain and FAME and optimize them to make CP-ABE perform better. Second, we implement a trusted authorization model with multiple entities based on the BLS signature and smart contracts to address key privacy issues. Finally, we protect the privacy of attributes in the authorization matching process by RSA encryption algorithm. With more and more extensive network information and more and more popular digital reading, people's reading media is no longer limited to paper text. According to the analysis of various surveys, it is found that online reading has a certain impact on the traditional paper book reading. In this paper, online reading users as the research object, and through offline interviews and questionnaires in the form of 362 valid data. The data is processed, the quantitative data is imported into Matlab, and FCM algorithm is used to cluster similar users according to the characteristics of users. The experimental results show that the clustering effect is the best when SSE index determines that the clustering results are four categories, and the characteristics of the four categories of readers are significantly different.
