Tissue engineering (TE) organ grafts hold great potential to cover the huge demand for organ transplantation. Combining with the advances in developmental biology, material science, and engineering, the emerging bioprinting technology enables TE grafts to replicate the complexity of human organs, from cell and extracellular matrix (ECM) composites to architecture features. This perspective provides a glimpse of how quickly and profoundly bioprinting can potentially be applied to address problems in TE organ grafts fabrication.\u0000","PeriodicalId":189912,"journal":{"name":"The Innovation Life","volume":"76 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123835993","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Meanwhile, RXR-modulating drugs began to attract more interest from oncologists because of their potential in interfering with cancer cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis according to the important and comprehensive regulation effects of RXR in tumorigenesis. Herein, we will review the comprehensive role of RXR between RXR signaling and oncogenesis, with a highlighted focus on the undervalued rexinoid-related cancer therapy, and discuss and propose its great potential in future clinics.","PeriodicalId":189912,"journal":{"name":"The Innovation Life","volume":"10 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125721216","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
