Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Sumber Data yang digunakan yaitu Sumber Data Primer dan Sumber Data Sekunder. Informan yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini adalah di Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Sikka bagian Seksi Lalu Lintas dan angkutan jalan, dan Pengguna Terminal Lokaria. Teknik Pengumpulan Data yang digunakan adalah Teknik Observasi, Wawancara, dan Dokumentasi. Teknik Analisis data meliputi data reduction (reduksi data), data display (penyajian data) dan conclusion drawing/verification (Penarikan Kesimpulan). Hasil penelitian yang di dapatkan yaitu upaya telah dilakukan Dinas Perhubungan seperti mengajak masyarakat serta para pengguna terminal untuk menjaga dan merawat sarana terminal yang ada walaupun minim, koordinasi dengan para pengguna Terminal (pengusaha dan sopir) untuk memanfaatkan terminal secara optimal, Peningkatan kesadaran para pengguna Terminal termasuk dengan para Tukang Ojek agar memanfaatkan lokasi terminal dengan sebaik-baiknya, dan merencanakan pembangunan Terminal baru. Namun, dalam menjalankan perannya Dinas Perhubungan mendapatkan kendala atau hambatan yaitu jumlah aparat yang terbatas serta aparat yang mengelola terminal tidak memiliki pengetahuan khusus terminal, lokasi Terminal Lokaria yang tidak cukup menampung seluruh angkutan, belum ada kerjasama yang baik antara Dinas Perhubungandan stakeholder lainnya, kurang adanya dukungan dari para pengambil kebijakan. Aziz, Shamsazila Sa’aban, Salmiah Md.Salleh","doi":"10.31980/civicos.v7i1.2916","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.31980/civicos.v7i1.2916","url":null,"abstract":"The Graduate Tracer Study is an annual survey conducted to determine graduates' satisfaction with the quality of the learning system and services provided after they have completed their studies. This study aims to survey Institute of Teacher Education (ITE) graduates' perspectives on eight (8) aspects, namely the content of the study programme, assessment system, counselling and career guidance services, teaching staff, infrastructure facilities, skills acquired from studies, self-preparedness, and perception of ITE's reputation. A total of 2191 graduates from 27 ITE campuses have answered the distributed instrument. The survey's findings suggest that the graduates' overall viewpoint on the eight (8) aspects of the study is at a high level, with a mean score of 4.67 (SD=. 55). The mean for each aspect is also high, which is the perspective on self-preparedness (mean 4.80; SD=. 43); skills obtained from studies (mean 4.79; SD=. 44); perception of ITE's reputation (mean 4.79; SD=. 48); teaching staff (mean 4.76; SD=. 48); study programme content (mean 4.77; SD=. 48); assessment system (mean 4.62; SD=. 58); counselling and career guidance services (mean 4.56; SD=. 65); and infrastructure facilities (mean 4.31; SD=. 82). Following that, the study's findings suggest that 2,126 graduates (97.0%) aim to continue their education at a higher level. The study's findings also suggest that many graduates (98.3%) showed a willingness to continue serving in the teaching profession. The researcher proposed increasing the male student recruitment quota for the Bachelor of Teaching programme. Similarly, infrastructure facilities need to be enhanced. Furthermore, ITE graduates must embrace the opportunity to continue their studies at a higher level. Simultaneously, ITE must accelerate the implementation of Masters and Doctoral study programmes at ITE. Metode penelitian menggunakan teknik Eksperimental dengan sampel peneltitian Mahasiswa yang memperoleh kelas praktikum pada periode 2017-2021. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, pre-test post-test, wawancara dan dokumentasi. This study aims to determine the implementation of low-grade distance learning (PJJ) at SDN IV Samarang with the aim of maintaining the quality of learning, including: 1. To find out lesson plans; 2. To find out the implementation of learning; 3. To know the evaluation of learning. The benefit of this research is to add scientific insight and a clearer theoretical/conceptual framework regarding the implementation of distance learning with the aim of maintaining the quality of learning. The research method used in this study is a qualitative research method with the type of document analysis research. The participants were low grade teachers, low grade students, and parents of low grade students. Data collection was carried out by analyzing documents, observations and interviews. Data analysis/processing is carried out by describing the state of the content/material, and looking for presentations on the quality of learning through the learning outcomes of low grade students in the form of pie charts in the implementation of distance learning. Based on the results of research that has been done by researchers, it can be concluded that: 1. The learning plan made before carrying out learning activities in PJJ is very good, this is evidenced by the learning plan that already fulfills the four elements that must exist in learning planning, namely; (1) there are goals to be achieved, (2) there are strategies to achieve goals, (3) resources that can support and, (4) implementation of each decision. 2. The implementation of distance learning, for the sake of the successful implementation of learning is quite good based on the learning components that have been implemented and are interrelated, namely: (1) teachers, (2) students, (3) learning materials, (4) learning methods, ( 5) learning media, and (6) learning evaluation. 3. Evaluation of distance learning is sufficient in its implementation involving the five principles of evaluation and their elements, namely schools, parents, the environment and society at large. Law compliance is a necessity in an individual's life that is surrounded by various codes of conduct and ethics to create a perfect life. Shaping moral people from various perspectives is a basis and guide to life. This article discusses the view of the western theoretical perspective in shaping law compliance. As a bibliographic study, this paper presents qualitative findings based on detailed references from journals, articles, books and newspapers. The findings are then elaborated thematically with narrative writing. Based on the findings of the study, shaping moral people towards law compliance can be practiced through the perspective of three western theories, namely utilitarianism, personality virtue and deontology theories. The Research Design is quantitative and qualitative using questionnaire and survey method. The respondents are 29 PPISMP students who were taking the Art History of Malaysia and Visual Art Appreciation course. From the research objectives it is found that majority of the respondents really agreed that lecturers always gave latest information in their e-learning teaching and learning using Google Classroom platform. Majority of the respondents really agreed Google Classroom usage can increase students’ ability in applying knowledge and understanding acquired in the Art History of Malaysia and Visual Art Appreciation course. Kajian ini dijalankan untuk meninjau tahap kompetensi pelajar Ambilan Jun 2018 yang baharu menamatkan pengajian mereka selama lima (5) tahun di IPG Kampus Ilmu Khas, Kuala Lumpur . Sampel kajian terdiri daripada 85 orang pelajar yang telah mengikuti pengajian dalam bidang pengkhususan Pendidikan Khas (Masalah Pembelajaran, Masalah Penglihatan, Masalah Pendengaran), Pendidikan Muzik, Pendidikan Jasmani dan Kesihatan. Kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan Senarai Semak Kompetensi Diri (SSKD) SGM 2.0. Dimensi Kompetensi dalam Kerangka SGM 2.0 menjadi rujukan utama dalam kajian ini. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan bahawa secara keseluruhannya tahap kompetensi keseluruhan domain SGM 2.0 pelajar PISMP Ambilan Jun 2018 IPGKIK berada pada min=3.0 (SP=0.78). Ini menunjukkan bahawa pelajar telah berjaya mencapai standard kompetensi SGM 2.0 dalam keempat-empat domain SGM 2.0 iaitu orientasi ilmu, orientasi ilmu, instruksional, pelibatan komuniti dan kualiti peribadi. Walaupun min keempat-empat domain mencapai standard kompetensi SGM 2.0, didapati bahawa min bagi domain orientasi ilmu adalah 2.95 dan min bagi domain instruksional adalah 2.98 berbanding dengan domain pelibatan komuniti iaitu min 3.00 dan domain kualiti peribadi dengan min 3.08. This can be caused by the learning model that is not appropriate and the presentation is still monotonous, so that students become bored and lack enthusiasm in learning. It is known that the results of the Social Studies test for class VII, 23 out of 32 students scored <70, which means that student learning outcomes are low. This study aims to determine the implementation of the make a match type of cooperative learning model in improving student learning outcomes in social studies subjects. This study uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental method (quasi-experimental). Sources of data were taken from students of class VII MTs. Exactly Tarogong Garut, totaling 42 students. Data collection techniques were carried out using tests and observation sheets. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded: 1) The implementation of the make a match cooperative model in improving student learning outcomes in social studies subjects is included in good criteria. 2) Social studies learning with the make a match cooperative learning model is effective in improving student learning outcomes. This research uses a type of qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The results found were that the strategy of strengthening the affective domain of students used learning models and methods aimed at improving the affective domain of students for the better, such as the habituation model in the form of assignment methods and monitoring good attitudes and behavior of students, exemplary models in the form of method of displaying good attitude and behavior. The strategy to strengthen the affective domain can run well and students can follow and be able to achieve the goals of strengthening the affective domain. Teknik analisis data terdiri dari data reduction (reduksi data), data display (penyajian data) dan conclusion drawing/verification. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa Pemerintah Desa Wairbleler telah menjalankan perannya yaitu dengan memberikan motivasi berupa pengadaan rumpon, memberikan fasilitas alat tangkap serta memberikan pelatihan maka Pemerintah Desa Wairbleler telah menjalankan perannya dengan baik untuk memenuhi semua kebutuhan dan permasalahan pada komunitas nelayan dan untuk berbagai faktor-faktor penghambat kesejahteraan masyarakat nelayan berupa anggaran, penyaluran yang terlambat, belum meratanya pemberian bantuan.
