During adolescence, any action affects not only brain development but also emotional development. Early prevention programs might prevent or reduce aggressive and violent behavior in this period. This article critically compares two different school bullying prevention programs including the Olweus Bully Prevention Program (OBPP) and the Second Step Violence Prevention Program (SSPP). This comparison aims to prevent school bullying and to understand the implications in regard to short or long terms solutions and using cost-effective strategies to define the roles for school professionals. The focus of this article is on comparing different universal anti-bullying programs, such as the OBPP and the SSPP among the middle-school-age children. Making a comparison, each school has a different amount of priorities in terms of using the prevention program. The article contributes to debates about school violence prevention programs by highlighting the importance of the schools’ responsibility for selecting the best program for their students.","PeriodicalId":189259,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of SOCIOINT 2020- 7th International Conference on Education and Education of Social Sciences","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-06-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128598028","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The Armenians, called \"Millet-i Sadika\", were also a part of this mosaic. They lived in Anatolia and Istanbul for centuries and contributed to religious and civil architecture with their works. As we know from the archive records and secondary sources, Armenian architects have been involved in the construction of the palaces and public buildings of the Ottoman State for a long time. Many Armenian architects are also known to have worked for the The Imperial Architects’ Office (Hassa Mimarlar Ocağı), that was in charge of imperial constructions for centuries. Young people taken up by this office at an early age were raised in a master-apprentice relationship, so that, The Imperial Architect’s Office (Hassa Mimarlar Ocağı) served as a kind of architectural school. The process of transitioning to a more competitive construction organization after the removal of The Imperial Architects’ Office (Hassa Mimarlar Ocağı), as well as the scope and significance of architectural services of the Balian Family, which lasted around two hundred years have often led to controversy in architectural historiography. For this reason, it is crucial to present without any prejudice and impartiality, the information concerning the training and professionalization of Armenian architects, while discussing the architectural conduct of the Armenian architects-master builders and their contribution to the Ottoman architectural identity. Most common way which being adopted in order to know whether a person telling the truth or not is by looking at circumstantial evidence surrounding the fact of the case like individual personal behavior or demeanor. Authorities also sometimes rely of testimony given by an expert or professional like counsellor or anyone who are expert in the field to determine the status of information’s given by the suspect. As time progress and with the rapid development of technology, people started to create many special devices or instrument in order to smooth the administration of justice and this include by creating a special device or instrument which can used to detect human personal behavior and demeanor. Such modern device or instrument is known lie detector machine or commonly known as polygraph machine. Through this instrument, a test will be carry out by the qualified authorities to the suspect individual. This device or instrument will measures and records several physiological indicators such as blood pressure, pulse, respiration, and skin conductivity while the concern individual being asked series of questions put forward by the qualified authorities. The belief underpinning the use of the polygraph is that deceptive answers will produce physiological responses that can be differentiated from those associated with non-deceptive answers. Such physiological responses later being used as an evidence to build up cases and even being used as an evidence against the individual in the court of law. Several countries has adopted such instrument within their legal system and judicial proceeding. However, there have been many debates over the use of such device or instrument within the legal system and judicial proceeding. Some regards such instrument as the best way to determine whether or not a suspect is telling a truth and can be utilized as mode to deliver an evidence for legal cases. The purpose of the study is to analyze the virtualization of the educational space, reveal the inconsistency of this phenomenon and show how this process transforms the educational system. In the course of the research, the authors show that the actions of the educational system in this direction are quite strictly regulated by modern market relations. However, the process of virtualization of the educational space should not unfold spontaneously. It should develop progressively and expediently, taking into account the requirements and capabilities of both educational organizations and society as a whole. We should also pay attention to the fact that virtual education should not be allowed to prevail over traditional, live pedagogical interaction, which is more important for the formation of personal qualities.","PeriodicalId":189259,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of SOCIOINT 2020- 7th International Conference on Education and Education of Social Sciences","volume":"97 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-06-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115172145","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The activity of a teacher is characterized by communicative and emotional saturation, increased responsibility, which is one of the factors of burnout. At the same time, it is noted that nowadays the socio-economic changes taking place all over the world strengthen the effect of unfavorable factors of the professional environment, increasing the level of psycho-emotional stress of teachers. Despite the research data showing that university professors are less prone to professional burnout, compared with their colleagues at other levels of education, this phenomenon is becoming commonplace in the system of higher education. Therefore, the purpose of this research was to study the features of professional burnout of university professors in comparison with school teachers. The study was conducted with the use of the questionnaire \"Professional burnout\" (N.E. Vodopyanova, E.S. Starchenkova), which allows to determine both the level of burnout and the expressiveness of its structural components. The study showed exposure to university professors’ professional burnout: all employees in various degrees showed signs of burnout, while a high level of professional burnout was diagnosed in 40.8% of university professors of Mari State University (Russia). It was found out that they have all indicators of burnout: emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and reduced personal accomplishment. The peculiarity of university professors' burnout is the structural coherence and homogeneity of professional burnout, the relationship with the socio-demographic characteristics of respondents: the length of work experience, the position.","PeriodicalId":189259,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of SOCIOINT 2020- 7th International Conference on Education and Education of Social Sciences","volume":"18 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-06-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116038387","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
