The knowledge sharing process covers a wide range of operations ranging from a course registration process to flight ticket buying. A good service could help both the service providers and the service users. The service users could get the right information at the right time and at the right place; whereas the service providers could reduce the amount of work created by uninformed users. In this paper, an electronic service framework (e-service) is proposed to assist the information service. This framework is based on an information retrieval technique to discover information. As a result, the information can be accessed at any place and any time. Furthermore, the issue of information quality is also a part of this framework. Each piece of information will be provided with tags and a weight. The tags will be used for categorization while the weight will be used to determine the quality of the information. Ultimately, the information will be evaluated by the users whose comments and scores will later be used to improve the system.","PeriodicalId":189252,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2nd International Conference on Communication and Information Processing","volume":"16 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-11-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123823678","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

When the data observation result is accurate then the next required step is to send it to the analyst or doctor. Therefore a reliable mechanism to send the data is required. An architecture and method in real time data transmission system of medical image is presented in this study. A system that consists of software and hardware has been developed. The software is a computer program that is used to send and receive data. The hardware is electronic system controlled by microcontroller. The real time wireless data transmission is implemented using ZigBee communication protocol. The system is wireless sensor network to transmit the numbers of image processing result data of metastatic cells. This paper will focus on the delivery of wireless sensor network from node to node via the Router Coordinator. The process of sending and receiving data is controlled by Arduino microcontroller. The results are displayed on the LCD and serial monitor. Cells transmitted data is a simulation of the sequential numbers 0--19. The transmission is using channel 10 and a frequency of 2.4GHz. The process of delivery for 200 times transmission shows that the results obtained are valid. The results of simulation shows that the proposed method offers a data transmission method with lower bit error rate than previous study.","PeriodicalId":189252,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2nd International Conference on Communication and Information Processing","volume":"9 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-11-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130571982","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

GAMT uses GA and second-shortest paths as compensators to minimize the overall cost of the transmission and the time of routing construction. By using GA optimizer to find appropriate connections, GAMT can achieve a better approximation ratio of multicast tree than the algorithm proposed by Kou, Markowsky and Berman (KMB) without largely increasing time complexity. For testing the multicast tree algorithms, we use the method of Waxman to create thirteen random networks of different size. According to experimental results, GAMT not only achieved lower cost multicast tree than Average Distance Heuristic (ADH), KMB and the method of Melhorn in most cases, but also used a smaller computational time than ADH","PeriodicalId":189252,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2nd International Conference on Communication and Information Processing","volume":"374 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-11-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133758101","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The ability of datalink is transmitting and sharing information which will provide support to pilot to make real time decision. In this paper, an algorithm is proposed to build a pilot real time decision model considering the performance of datalink. Firstly, an active deception jamming model is built which is used between the aircraft and the radar guided missile. Secondly, a Link16 model is built by OPENT and the throughput of two different slot assignment schemes is obtained by the simulation. Thirdly, a pilot real time decision model is built based on the influence diagram. The example shows that: the throughput will increase as the repetition rate increases which will lead that the pilot has a low level mental pressure and will obtain an optimal decision and the aircraft also has a high battlefield survivability.","PeriodicalId":189252,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2nd International Conference on Communication and Information Processing","volume":"54 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-11-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128457329","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This paper proposes a set of low-level visual features of considerably smaller size and also proposes novel 'hybrid-fusion' and 'mixed-hybrid-fusion' approaches which are formulated by combining contemporary early and late-fusion strategies. In the proposed hybrid-fusion approach, the features from the same feature group are combined using early-fusion before classifier training; and the concept probability scores from multiple classifiers are merged using late-fusion approach, to get final detection scores. A feature group is defined as the features from the same feature family like color moments. The hybrid-fusion approach is refined and the 'mixed-hybrid-fusion' approach is proposed additionally to further improve the detection rate. Neural Network is used to build classifiers that produce concept probabilities for a test frame. The proposed approaches are evaluated on TRECVID development dataset which contains multi-labeled key-frames. Results show that, the proposed approaches outperform early-fusion and late-fusion approaches by large margins with respect to feature set dimensionality and mean Average Precision (mAP) values.","PeriodicalId":189252,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2nd International Conference on Communication and Information Processing","volume":"18 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-11-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129041554","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is difficult to compensate drift directly, and three filtering methods based on Empirical Mode Decomposition (EMD) are applied. Comparison analysis with filtering methods based on EMD, Ensemble Empirical Mode Decomposition (EEMD) and the Complete Ensemble Empirical Mode Decomposition with Adaptive Noise (CEEMDAN) is done. Experimental analysis results show that CEEMDAN outperforms than other denoising methods based on EMD and EEMD. The CEEMDAN method saves computational cost, requiring only 29.7% of the sifting iterations of the EEMD. The antenna consists of two quasi-self-complementary (QSC) radiating elements, which make the antenna obtain high isolation without an additional decoupling structure. The elements are fed with microstrip lines and placed perpendicularly to obtain polarization diversity. Notched band at WiMAX system can be realized by etching a quarter-wavelength bent slot in each of the radiating elements. Notched band at WTAN system can be obtained by using a half-wavelength slot embedding in the ground and a quarter-wavelength slot embedding in the radiating element The proposed antenna with a total size of 35 × 35mm2 has been fabricated and measured.
