There has been an unprecedented demand for applications through which one can detect the hand signs for deaf people and people who use sign language to communicate, thereby detecting hand signs and correspondingly predicting the next word or recommending the word that may be most appropriate, followed by producing the word that the deaf people and people who use sign language to communicate want to say. This article presents an approach to develop such a system by that we can determine the most appropriate character from the sign that is being shown by the user or the person to the system. To enable pattern recognition, various machine learning techniques have been explored and we have used the CNN networks as a reliable solution in our context. The creation of such a system involves several convolution layers through which features have been captured layer by layer. The gathered features from the image are further used for training the model. The trained model efficiently predicts the most appropriate character in response to the sign exposed to the model. Thereafter, the predicted character is used to predict further words from it according to the recommendation system used in this case. Finally, experiments verify the effect of this method in extracting subtitles from video. The paper discusses the use of VR in animation art experimental teaching and plans to provide thoughts and instructions about the fresh way in animation experimental teaching. This paper proposes the application research methods of VR in animation experiment teaching, including literature research method, expert interview method, questionnaire survey method, VR animation art teaching based on image method, and VR animation teaching evaluation clustering algorithm, which is used for conducting research experiments on the utilization of VR in animation art experimental learning. Therefore, this paper proposes a character expression simulation model under the framework of 3DS Max. According to the relationship between head bones and muscles, a facial muscle motion model was established. Then, the expression simulation design of the original three-dimensional animation character “yaya” was carried out under the framework of 3DS Max technology. This paper collected relevant data in the recent 8 years (2012 to 2019) and used the DEA model and Tobit model to analyze the correlation degree between the efficiency and various influencing factors in China. DEA analysis results show that, in recent years, three efficiencies are quite different: the comprehensive efficiency and scale efficiency show an upward trend, while the pure technical efficiency remains at a high level. Tobit model results show that the number of urban Internet users, rural Internet users, logistics practitioners, the development of national economy are negatively correlated with e-commerce efficiency; the length of traffic construction has no significant correlation; the level of agricultural mechanization has a significant positive correlation. The kurtosis of the hypothetical source signal was optimized based on the probability density function of sub-Gaussian signals. Obtained parameters after kurtosis optimization were then utilized to validate the effectiveness of the algorithm, which showed that the running time of the algorithm was significantly reduced, and the qualities of the separated signals were enhanced. Methods. Using kurtosis as a control variable, a one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) was carried out on the algorithm’s performance metrics, the number of iterations, and the signal-to-noise ratio of the separated signal. Results. The results showed that there were significant differences in the above metrics under different kurtosis levels. First, Levenberg–Marquardt (LM) is used to optimize BPNN, and an improved BPNN is proposed. Second, the financial performance evaluation system of listed companies based on BPNN is constructed. Finally, a wireless network infusion detection system based on the improved BPNN is proposed and tested by constructing datasets and a real test environment. The results show that (1) the financial performance evaluation system of listed enterprises constructed can evaluate the financial performance of listed enterprises with fewer errors. It is easy to operate, and it has high accuracy and the abilities of self-learning and self-adaptation; (2) Wireless Infusion Detection System (WIDS) based on the improved BP algorithm has a high detection rate and a low error rate.
