摘要

基于颜色(RGB)滤波原理,提出了一种改进的自适应视频字幕检测与提取方法。首先分析了视频字幕检测提取方法中使用的颜色滤波算法的原理,然后根据字幕像素大小自适应改进算法,过滤噪声。最后,通过实验验证了该方法在视频字幕提取中的效果。实验结果表明,彩色视频中字幕的检测和提取准确率高达99.3%。
