A database capable of integrating and relating all the aspects that directly and indirectly affect the assistance or emergencies carried out in the province of Jaén (Jaen city, Andalusian, Spain), over a period of eight years, has been created. For this purpose, health, social, economic, environmental and geographical information has been stored and related to each assistance. The high level of interrelation that exists between all the variables involved in patient care has been used to analyse and predict the number and type of care that will appear in the future, as well as to efficiently manage all the resources involved in such care.","PeriodicalId":187896,"journal":{"name":"2022 17th Iberian Conference on Information Systems and Technologies (CISTI)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-06-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131380841","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The architecture of the system for the classification of electrocardiogram (ECG) beats is based on a deep learning approach developed in Python 3 with low-cost and open-source elements. The training of the network is based on the background of the MIT-BIH database based on the AAMI and focused on 5 categories of cardiac beats of patients. The 1D convolutional neural network model was trained and validated using the TensorFlow and Keras libraries with an efficiency of 98%. The convolutional network tests are continuously monitored in real time in order to present the patient with the appropriate diagnosis or treatment. In case of any abnormality, an alert message is sent to the physician via a mobile application.","PeriodicalId":187896,"journal":{"name":"2022 17th Iberian Conference on Information Systems and Technologies (CISTI)","volume":"4 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-06-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131938156","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In fact, the value chain in communication has become shorter and a direct contact with different publics (including tourists) via social networks and other means of communication is becoming more and more usual. In this paper, through the collection of secondary data available online, it is made an analysis of the use of digital communication by two low density territories (Macedo de Cavaleiros and Vila Nova de Foz Côa) both with world heritage classified by UNESCO. The main conclusion obtained is that both municipalities are far from the potential of the interaction possibilities opened by digital channels, suggesting some forms of action with a view to its improvement.","PeriodicalId":187896,"journal":{"name":"2022 17th Iberian Conference on Information Systems and Technologies (CISTI)","volume":"36 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-06-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132049261","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, this intensification is also accompanied by significant growth in young Portuguese people involved in cyber-aggressions. As public policies and social interventions try to reduce the number of victims, online aggression has considerable negative repercussions for the people involved. Thus, identifying the dangers that constitute the most significant risks related to cyber-aggressions, analyzing the causal contexts, and the difficulties in their precaution help elaborate comprehensive and effective policies at the national level. The purpose of this investigation is to understand how young Portuguese people perceive the risks associated with online aggression and to verify what precautionary behaviors they take when facing such risks. Data will be collected from university students, which represent the social fringe that most uses digital technologies, constantly being exposed to the risks of experiencing cyber-aggressions.","PeriodicalId":187896,"journal":{"name":"2022 17th Iberian Conference on Information Systems and Technologies (CISTI)","volume":"134 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-06-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134321582","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Lung cancer is the most common malignant disease worldwide. Late diagnosis, with the disease at an advanced stage, decreases the patient's life expectancy. The present work deals with the use of spatial analysis tools to present the spatialization of the incidence of lung cancer, in the microregions assisted by the Hospital do Câncer de Muriaé (HCM), and to map the different staging groups. Therefore, the medical records of patients treated at the HCM, from 2019 to 2020, with a clinical diagnosis of lung cancer, were analyzed. For this, the ETL process (Extract, Transform and Load) presented itself as an important tool in loading the data to the database, and in the step to identify the geographic coordinates (latitude and longitude) based on neighborhood information, city and state, contained in the database. Through georeferencing and analysis tools and spatial mapping, it was possible to generate thematic maps showing different relationships between geographic and epidemiological factors of the disease, being an important instrument to support prevention and epidemiological control actions.","PeriodicalId":187896,"journal":{"name":"2022 17th Iberian Conference on Information Systems and Technologies (CISTI)","volume":"25 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-06-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131707795","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

As such, this project developed a dashboard in a BI visualization tool comprised of metrics and indicators based on a tailored framework from the city derived from pre-existing frameworks and conversations with Lisbon’s city experts.
