The emphasis in the presented study is to build an integrated solution to increase computational analysis accuracy by processing the — medical, biological, chemical, electrical, and materials- information with both hardware and software sensory setup for dental study. Recently advancement in microelectronics, micro electro mechanical systems (MEMS), telecommunications and micro biomedical sensors have enabled both development and design of such devices. Different solutions have been developed such as wireless sensor networks (WSN), intelligent habitat systems and so on. In this paper, we focus on the actimery concept. The aim is the design of RF transmitter architecture to ensure the real time data transmission. The proposed architecture is based on the IEEE 802.15.4a standard and it operates in the mandatory channel 3 of the low band. The transmitter is expected to working at a data rate of 0.850 Kbps and using BPSK modulation. The research carried out was to design a new prototype ECG device with wireless capability for the recording of ECG parameters. The idea of this novel project was to achieve wireless transmission of the ECG parameters at the clinician side to make it easy for the clinician and also it will be helpful for the clinician to monitor more than one patient at a time. The prototype comprised of analogue portion followed by a digital portion which was controlled by PIC16F877A. The programming was done through turbo while the software was built on Lab View/CVI 8.0 platform. The goal was achieved but there were a minor issue that it rendered unwanted results due to the patient movement. The system is targeted on patients in Sultanate of Oman. Currently there is no specific system in the domain of hypertension or its associated diseases in the Sultanate. Also currently available medical systems in Oman do not employ an intelligent approach; they are just using database-oriented methodologies. They are not flexible and adaptable to complex requirements and processes and lack intelligence. We propose a system with ontologies as knowledge base (medical knowledge base), patient medical profile to be stored in a semantic way and an inference mechanism to extract data in the decision making process. Ontology is among the most powerful tools to encode medical knowledge formally. Since the knowledge base is constructed through ontology, it can be easily reused and extended in a variety of different problems. The identification of these sources is necessary to acquire an ECG signal since its level is low (few millivolts) and is also immersed in a noisy environment. We propose the elimination of the ground electrode to reduce common-mode interference. Many high-level vision applications such as facial feature tracking, facial modeling and animation, facial expression analysis, and face recognition, require reliable feature extraction. In this paper, we propose a novel approach for invariant facial feature detection (eyes, nose and mouth) followed by a matching and for facial expression recognition with respect to the identity. Hash function is a well-defined procedure that converts a large data into a small one, The returned value from hash function is called hash code, It is well known that Hash algorithm works in one way and cannot be reversed, In this paper, The new one way hash algorithm will be designed by using two steps. Firstly, we will convert the input data into matrix system by using all necessary conversions to generate the initial hash value.
