Выводится эволюция данных рассеяния оператора Штурма-Лиувилля, коэффициент которого является решением нагруженного уравнения Кортевега-де Фриза с источником в случае движущихся собственных значений. Кроме того предлагается алгоритм построении точных решений нагруженного уравнения Кортевега-де Фриза. Данная методика основана на волоконно-оптической регистрации спектров фотолюминесценции, комбинационного рассеяния и двухфотонно-возбуждаемой люминесценции с использованием малогабаритного спектрометра, резонаторных кювет и системы обработки данных, позволяющей провести сравнение анализируемого спектра со спектром эталонного вещества. Mezog’ovakli uglerod olishning tajriba tadqiqotlarini o’tkazishda 15%Ni*5%Co*5%Fe* 5%Cu*2%Mo/YuKS katalizatordan foydalanilgan. Kataliza-tor kukuni metallar nitratlarini termik parchalash yo’li bilan olingan. Tajribalar 620±15℃ va gazning 12 daq davomida 9±0,8 l/soat sarfida o’tkazilgan. Haroratning Kmezog’ovakli uglerod ga ta’siri 550÷7000C harratlar oralig’ida 10℃ qadam bilan tadqiq qilinib, katalizator qavati qalinligi hk≈0,2 mm ni (m=12 mg), uglerod saqlaydigan gaz sarfi 9±0, l/soat ni, jarayonni o’tkazish vaqti 12daq ni tashkil qiladi. Ishda Kmezog’ovakli uglerod solishtirma unumining piroliz vaqtiga (τ) bog’liqligi, mezog’ovakli uglerod (Kmezog’ovakli uglerod) solishtirma unumi va reaktor unumdorligining (Q) katalizator qatlami qalinligiga (hk) bog’liqligi, mezog’ovakli uglerod (Kmezog’ovakli uglerod) solishtirma unumining haroratga (T) bog’liqliligi, mezog’ovakli uglerodning solishtirma unumining piroliz vaqtiga (τ) bog’liqliklari o’rganilgan. Skanirlovchi elektron mikroskopiya, adsorbsion (BET) usullarda katalizatorning o’lchamlari aniqlandi. A bacterium prodicing an extracellular bioflocculant wasisolated from the salty and dry soil and identified as Bacillus atrophaeus. Effects of culture conditions including carbon sources, nitrogen sources, pH, shaker speed on bioflocculant production were studied. Isolate comparative analysis of 16S rRNA sequence identified the isolate to have 99% similarity to Bacillus atrophaeus and it was deposited in the GenBank as Bacillus atrophaeus NR- 2 with accession number OP679007. The strain was characterized by ability to grow and synthesize the bioflocculant in alkaline conditions – pH 11. It was supposed that the strain can overcome adverse effects of environment – alkalinity and salinity by enhanced production of bioflocculant in stress.
