Maqolada SiO2 makrosferik zarrachalarini xona haroratida zol-gel texnologiyasi yordamida sintez qilingani keltirilgan. Sintez qilinga zarrachalarning tuzilish morfologiyasi va xarakteristikalari skanerlovchi electron mikroskopda aniqlandi. Zaraachalarning hosil bo’lish mexanizmi o’rganildi.
