It is expected to have indirect impact on the reduction of maternal mortality rate and infant mortality rate. This study aimed to investigate the relationship between community participation and stakeholder support in the implementation of integrated health service post in Wonogiri, Central Java.\u0000Subjects and Method: A cross-sectional study was conducted in Wonogiri, Central Java. A total of 60 Posyandu cadres was selected for this study. The independent variables were community participation and stakeholder support. The dependent variable was the implementation of Posyandu. In 2008, nearly a billion adults aged 25 years and older had hypertension, and three quarters of the number were living in developing countries. This study aimed to investigate the patient experience of healthy lifestyle for hypertension control in South Buton, Southeast Sulawesi. Subjects and Method: This was a qualitative study with a phenomenological approach conducted in Batauga, South Buton, Southeast Sulawesi, from April to June 2019. A total of 6 patients with hypertension was selected for this study. The data were collected by in-depth interview. The data were analyzed through 5 stages: (1) Verbatim transcription; (2) Determining keywords; (3) Assigning categories; (4) Identifying themes; and (5) Identifying sub themes. Results: According to the patient experience, healthy lifestyle for hypertension control was affected by positive thought, family support, and health worker support. The patients experience physical and psychological disturbance due to hypertension. However, the number of health workers alone is not enough to strengthen the health system. The health system must be in accordance with health care need to accelerate health outcome. This study aimed to review systematically the evaluation of nurses need planning. Subjects and Method: A systematic review was conducted by searching published articles from 2015 to 2019 from databases including Wiley Online library, ProQuest, and ScienceDirect. The keywords for this review included “evaluation”, “health workforce”, “nursing”, and “planning”. The inclusion criteria were English and full text. After review process, 8 articles were retained in this review. Results: There were several factors that affected nurse recruitment planning, including nurse orientation towards culture and rule, education, scheduling, source of allocation, and workforce composition. Therefore, the government issued the Minister of Health Regulation No. 17 of 2017 concerning the action plan for the development of the pharmaceutical industry and medical devices. This study aimed to determine the preparedness for the implementation of simplified system and permission process in the development of medical devices. Subjects and Method: This was a qualitative study conducted in July 2019. The key informants were officials from the ministry of health directorate of medical devices and household health supplies evaluation and supervision. The informants were also people from the Indonesian Association of Medical Device Manufacturers. The study theme was preparedness for the implementation of simplified system and permission process in the development of medical devices. The study variables included the size and objective of the policy, resource, characteristics of the implementing agency, communication between organization, disposition of implementer, as well as the social, economic, and political environment. The data were collected through in-depth interview and observation and analyzed descriptively. Results: Preparedness for the implementation of simplified system and permission process in the development of medical devices based on Minister of Health Regulation No. 17 of 2017 was quite good. The size and objectives of the implementation policy were clear enough. The available resources were sufficient and qualified. Standard operational procedure (SOP) had been prepared and applied to the system. Policy communication had gone well. Implementer disposition in addressing policies was optimal. The economic, social and political environment had a significant influence on policy implementation. It means that the number of elderly populations has also increased. Integrated Health Post (Posyandu) for the elderly is necessary for maintain the health among elderly. The coverage of Posyandu for the elderly visit is the indicator of the success of Posyandu. The morbidity and mortality will be decreased if the elderly often visit the Posyandu. However, there is still a lack coverage of elderly who visiting Posyandu (<70%). This study aimed to systematically review the factors affecting the success of Posyandu for the elderly in Indonesia. Subjects and Methods: This was a systematic review conducted by searching articles from Google Scholar database. The inclusion criteria were namely articles published in 2009 to 2019 years, cross sectional design study, and using quantitative method. The study subjects were elderly who visited the Posyandu, research locations in Indonesia. The exclusion criteria were articles that did not available in full text and located not in Indonesia. Results: Eighteen articles were obtained, all studies showed that the coverage of Posyandu for the elderly visit was less than 70%. The factors that influenced the success of the Posyandu for the elderly were age, sex, occupation, knowledge, access, needs, support of cadres/ health personnel, family support, attitude, and education. Eleven articles stated that family support was associated with the success of the Posyandu for the elderly. Conclusion: Family support is needed to increase the success of the Posyandu for the elderly. This study aimed to examine factors affecting smoking behavior among high school students using theory of planned behavior. Subjects and Method: A cross sectional study was conducted in Bantul, Central Java, from April to May 2019. A sample of 200 male adolescents was selected for this study by stratified random sampling. The dependent variable was smoking behavior. The independent variables were knowledge, family role, peer role, cigarette price, money pocket, and attitude. The data were collected by questionnaire and analyzed by a multilevel multiple logistic regression run on Stata 13. Results: Smoking behavior among male adolescents decreased with good knowledge (b= -3.30; 95% CI= -0.35 to -0.09; p= 0.001), strong family role (b= -3.11; 95% CI= 1.15 to -0.26; p= 0.002), low peer role (b= -3.92; 95% CI= -1.10 to -0.36; p<0.001), high price of cigarette (b= -2.81; 95% CI= -1.10 to -0.19; p= 0.005), low money pocket (b= -3.79; 95% CI= -5.75 to -0.01; p<0.001), and attitude (b= -3.37; 95% CI= -0.15 to 0.05; p= 0.001).
