We have solved the problem using inverse kinematics. The result is the plotted trajectory of the robot's end point along defined points of the robot's workspace. The angular quantities computed are the rotation angle, angular velocity and angular acceleration in each kinematic pair. Furthermore, an inverse dynamics problem is solved. The moments in the kinematic pairs are computed. Subsequently, using the direct dynamics problem, the correctness of the obtained solution is confirmed. The programs designed for the simulation of dynamical systems - Matlab/Simulink and SimMechanics - were used in the solution. A categorization of some development methodologies and simulations of automated system control is presented. In the case study, a model of the controlled system is created, which is used for control simulations of the designed control system. The developed control system can thus be tested on this model, and any failure will thus only indicate possible errors in the control program or in the control hardware. Accordingly, it is then possible to modify the control system without the risk of possible damages or disasters. The support of such processes with an augmented reality (AR) application will be presented in this work using the example of manual deburring. Firstly, the positions of the component and tool are determined based on camera recordings. For this purpose, approaches for 6 Degrees of Freedom (DoF) pose estimation will be utilized. Secondly, the correct and complete processing is concluded by further analyzing the extracted data. For example, the distance of the objects to each other. In the third step, the processing result is visualized to aid the worker. Finally, the system is validated through a study. To be useful, information must be available in the right quantity, quality, place and time. In an enterprise, this function is often provided by an information system. The enterprise information system is one of the key factors for the competitiveness of not only large and multinational companies but also small and medium-sized enterprises. The information system gives the management of the enterprise access to various output reports and statistics, which are a source of information needed for flexible decision-making. However, flexibility requires timeliness, regularity and speed. Timeliness is understood as the actual input of information, regularity is understood as the flow of information at regular intervals to give an idea of developments in a given area, and speed means the time in which the necessary information can be obtained. However, in addition to flexible decision-making, the management has also set a long-term goal for which the most valuable information is also important. In order to be competitive today, a company must be able to react flexibly to changes in the external environment in response to customer demands and competitor behaviour. In general, there are two ways to adapt to these changes. The first is short-term, one-off or transitional measures. The second option is long-term action in the form of changes in the company's processes, its structure, or intervention in the corporate culture. One of the solutions to this problem is the use of renewable energy sources to generate electrical energy. Given this, the article considers an integrated approach to designing combined autonomous energy systems of an individual residential building based on renewable energy sources with the complete replacement of traditional energy carriers. In addition to the combined power system, the proposed solution implies using an insulated facade of the building, which will reduce heat loss by 1.5 times, compared with an un-insulated building. to increase the reliability of the energy supply, the project provides for a wind power plant, a backup diesel generator station and a battery pack with an inverter. Estimated calculations have shown that the probability of failure of the power system of this configuration is 3%. The butt joint is joined by the friction stir welding (FSW) method using a milling machine. This experiment was carried out manually using universal milling with good results, it can be applied to modern machine buildings. The ergonomic solutions take into account people as a priority. People spend a large part of their lives at work, and there is an increased emphasis on productivity, quality and efficiency. However, achieving good results over the long term requires healthy employees. Ergonomics aims to optimise the workspace and environment to minimise the risks of harm to health and make it easier for people to work. Employers should give priority to occupational health and safety. However, the company's financial burden should also be considered. These objectives can be met by applying ergonomic measures to reduce the risk of physical strain on employees. It is essential to recognise that, although work systems will become more automated and digitalised due to the introduction of Industry 4.0, human involvement will still be necessary. Industry 4.0 can be the answer to reducing the physical burden on employees. Several analytical methods were used to obtain the analytical basis, which served to identify employees in particular risk groups in terms of physical strain, to describe the state of the workforce in industrial enterprises, and to map the financial burden of industrial enterprises on employees classified in risk groups in terms of physical strain at work. One of the ways to do so is enhancing the efficiency of internal combustion engines by technologies such as cylinder deactivation. This technology offers fuel economy benefit, therefore, also CO2 emission reduction. However, implementing cylinder deactivation to modern engines with lower cylinder count can be challenging. The implementation requires numerous design modifications and some negative consequences like higher torsional vibration are associated with the technology. Furthermore, this paper seeks to address with analysis and evaluation of the elements of the adaptive assembly system. The work presents a taxonomy in the field of adaptive assembly. The core of the work consists of the design of the architecture of individual systems. It is necessary to broaden knowledge about this topic because the designed elements can serve as an overview of this issue. Moreover, at the same time, they can use it in industrial practice. The proposal provides an overview of the elements for possible detailed processing of a specific design of an adaptive assembly system, either when changing an existing assembly system or when designing a new system. To ensure the long-term sustainability of the company's competitive ability, it is necessary to be able to respond flexibly to changes in production and assembly requirements.
