It would be very costly to dispatch people to monitor the wearing of masks. This paper takes advantage of the development of computer vision technology in image recognition to apply image recognition technology to mask detection to monitor the wearing of masks automatically and accurately. It is building a mask detection model based on YOLOv4-tiny and quantifying them at a high level of accuracy. The model is converted to Tensorflow Lite format and then installed on the Android device. The personalized recommendation system for e-commerce users aims to solve the information overload of e-commerce platform by analyzing the user behavior data of e-commerce platform, so as to explore the interest preference of e-commerce platform users and make active recommendation of advertising content related to e-commerce platform. Although the research on recommendation algorithms for e-commerce platforms has made great progress, there are still challenges in terms of sparse data, static user features and interpretability of e-commerce platform recommendation results in terms of big data feature recognition. Effective short-term forecasting of power load is the basis for making the dispatching plan. Accurate short-term load forecasting can make the dispatching plan more accurate, and can reduce the power loss caused by inaccurate forecasting. As one of the hottest technologies in recent years, deep learning has achieved a lot of breakthrough development results so far. The technology is gradually maturing and the theory is gradually enriched, which has been widely used in many fields at present. Under the circumstances, the cluster head nodes often die prematurely, resulting in a short lifetime of the whole network. Based on traditional LEACH protocols, this paper gave a new rule of cluster formation by K-means clustering method. When ordinary nodes are upgraded to cluster head nodes, the location and residual energy of nodes are comprehensive considered to improve the election method of cluster head. At the same time, the ordinary node closing to the sink node is marked as a special node, and it jumps out of the cluster structure to transmit data directly to the sink node. Thus, the LEACH-CS (Cluster Selection) algorithm was proposed. Then, we derived the formula of total energy consumption, calculated the optimal value of the number of cluster centers in the lowest energy consumption and the selection of special node distance by mathematical deduction. Finally, the effectiveness of the method was verified by simulations.
