Various types of social media have used algorithmic technology to provide users with personalized recommendations. The long-lasting content ecology and communication mechanism will face reconstruction. This article analyzes the impact of personalized recommendation algorithms on user acquisition, consumption and sharing of content, and focus on Dalian News Media Group to analyze the development status and existing problems of its media convergence, and then analyzes the development path of its media convergence based on the personalized recommendation algorithm. First of all, the way of media convergence should be conversed from top to bottom to advance the integration of depth and breadth. Secondly, establishing user thinking on the basis of building a new media matrix, combined with the behavioral characteristics of users for accurate recommendation. Online channel often results in high return rates due to lack of product experience, while retailers can increase consumer perceive value by providing experience services (ES) to increase their purchases, but the ES will also incur a certain cost. This paper establishes two profit models before and after opening a BOPS channel when considering ES. Then, the study analyzes and compares the impacts of BOPS on retailers' demand allocation and profitability. The results show that when the BOPS channel is convenient or the online return rate is low, the opening of the BOPS channel will reduce the store channel demand and increase the total demand and the profit. New retail is based on the internet background. Retail companies use the technologies, such as big data analysis, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, virtual reality and other new technologies to promote offline retail and realize O2O business. Information technology is playing an important role of new retail, which leads to the reform of new retail business model. On the basis of business model research on new retail, this paper uses the business model canvas to analyze. However, with the increasing variety of malware and the application of encryption methods, the security of Internet network is constantly threatened. How to detect and identify malicious software without affecting the normal operation of user hosts and violating user privacy by monitoring a small number of non-sensitive features while software is running dynamically, so as to protect user host information, has become an imminent issue in the field of network security. In this work, a new feature extraction method is developed and proved to be effective. This paper presents a characterization method to extract malware features from three aspects: derived features, vector space features of API and context features of API. XGBoos, LGBM, Improved TextCNN models are trained to predict test sets. Based on the analysis of the current situation and problems of business application oral English teaching and training, an oral teaching and training model is proposed based on blended teaching around the application scenario of business English. The blended teaching mode effectively integrates online video learning and offline classroom learning based on the Internet, and makes full use of the characteristics of wide distribution area and abundant information resources of the Internet. It can expand the learning space and the learning content, optimize the learning mode and improve the teaching level of oral English, and improve the quality of e-commerce personnel training effectively. This model aims at improving the ability of oral English application, innovating teaching objectives, enriching teaching content, optimizing curriculum implementation, implementing process evaluation, and promoting the reform of E-commerce oral English teaching in an all-round way. This paper gives the definition of potential efficiency and designs an \"eight step\" method to evaluate it. Taking 21 listed commercial banks in China as the research object, this paper selects the data from 2011 to 2019, and uses Three-stage DEA method and Bootstrap DEA method to evaluate the technical efficiency of individual commercial banks and the potential efficiency of virtual M&A of commercial banks from the perspective of prediction.
