A new entrepreneur invests a significant amount of time, energy, and resources in building the proper set of procedures to guarantee the firm runs effectively and with the least level of risk. The entrepreneur's primary aims are risk minimization and profit maximization, followed by assuring value-added quality of the products or services and optimum executive management of the operations. Stakeholders must be identified at the outset, and a needs analysis must be carried out concurrently with the implementation of the entrepreneurial idea. The purpose of this study is to suggest how to improve the human interface i.e. the human to human connection using technology to enhance stakeholder engagement. The study will also establish the level of acceptability, the amount of use of project management methodology and technology in accomplishing organization goals, and the best practices implemented by entrepreneurs in this regard. The robustness of the organization structure built on human interface is crucial to the venture's success. Attendance is a right that no one can reject, and to support this right, many efforts and studies are being conducted around the world. A Deep Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) using the OpenCV model has been suggested for marking Attendance in this work. Convolutional Neural Network is employed to gain the unique features of the faces based on the distance. A wide variety of parameters influence the training of a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) based classifier. These aspects include assembling an appropriate dataset, choosing a suitable Convolutional Neural Network (CNN), processing the dataset, and choosing training parameters to get the required classification results. The current publication compiles state-of-the-art research that used dataset preparation and artificial augmentation before training. In Indian G.D.P agriculture plays a humongous role after which IT sector comes into play. The correct crop selection at the correct time of the year plays a vital role in getting good crop yield. In general, the methods used by farmers are based on the hype in the market and based on ancestral instincts which are proved to be not so effective. Using the present system, we use the data considered which is preprocessed and based on this data certain models like Decision tree, Naïve Bayes, Support Vector Machine, Logistic Regression, Random Forest are trained, out of which Naïve Bayes is showing higher accuracy which helps in suggesting the crops. The crops suggested are based on the various factors like nitrogen, phosphorus, pH level, temperature and humidity. This paper focus on Blind source separation problem with two speech signal. each separation process requires specific pre-processing steps. In this proposed work different algorithms were analysed and from those algorithms, Independent component analysis(ICA), Non-negative matrix factorization(NMF), and principal component analysis (PCA) algorithms are implemented with taking two speech signals as input signals the result is compared with the hardware resources utilised for FPGA is explicated in this paper. Technology is being used to make human lives healthier and safer. Humans produce 2.12 billion tonnes of trash each year around the world. As a result, poor rubbish disposal may represent a threat to living beings and the environment. Disposing of waste, such as dry, wet, or biodegradable and non-biodegradable materials that are thrown combined, is a major issue in India right now. Every year, enormous amounts of plastics and other debris are created that are not currently recycled in any facilities. We created an application called “Smart Garbage Monitoring Application Using IOT” to provide a solution for the garbage. Technology has a critical role in making human life more convenient and comfortable. The environment shall be preserved, and the Swachh Bharat Mission for cleanliness will be supported. We are gathering sensor values for display in the android application in this project. Here two modules of TDD system is designed and simulated. Laminar flow is used for the simulation of needle and micrpump. Silicon is the material used for needle. Poly Di Methyl Siloxane (PDMS) material is used in micropump which has a load applied of 10 psi. The idea is when the PDMS is deflected using a time varying load the flow is supposed to be affected. Mechanical analysis of the microneedle is done to ensure the skin penetration. Future scope relies in the fabrication of the designed microneedle and micropump for the efficient TDD systems.
