Improving human interface through technology to enhance stakeholder engagement

The constantly shifting socio-political and economic dynamics in the business environment are creating new obstacles for entrepreneurs in India. A new entrepreneur invests a significant amount of time, energy, and resources in building the proper set of procedures to guarantee the firm runs effectively and with the least level of risk. The entrepreneur's primary aims are risk minimization and profit maximization, followed by assuring value-added quality of the products or services and optimum executive management of the operations. Stakeholders must be identified at the outset, and a needs analysis must be carried out concurrently with the implementation of the entrepreneurial idea. The purpose of this study is to suggest how to improve the human interface i.e. the human to human connection using technology to enhance stakeholder engagement. The study will also establish the level of acceptability, the amount of use of project management methodology and technology in accomplishing organization goals, and the best practices implemented by entrepreneurs in this regard. The robustness of the organization structure built on human interface is crucial to the venture's success. Building unique human interface methods through technology to successfully engaging stakeholders will result in the growth of the business despite economic uncertainties.
