What is the cause, is it because they are not confident in front of their classmates or their lecturers? How do they see lecturers, as people, who will help them learn, or as people who will embarrass them in the lecture? What should be the right learning strategy, how lecturers should help students to be active in class. Meanwhile, the students are not elementary school students, but the adults who study in the college. They should be more courageous in expressing their opinions in various class discussions. The purpose of this study is to provide an argument that occurs in an administrator leadership training in 2020 during a pandemic with a zoom facility. A descriptive qualitative method with questionnaires to participants with a google form, and analyzed with a google sheet, analyzing the results of interviews and participatory observation. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that the zoom-in participants who are in the category x generation experiences boredom, and claims that the ideal zoom time of 1-3 hours is 69.7%. And as many as 31.3% claims to be more than 3 hours, with the zoom condition is not monotonous. This research is a descriptive qualitative research with a sample population of 36 students consisting of 21 male students and 15 female students, data obtained through interviews, tests, and observations. From the test data in the first cycle, the student learning outcomes who completed were 22 students with an average score of 69 and the highest score was 85, while the lowest score was around 45. In the second cycle, student learning outcomes who completed an increase even though the number was not so significant. Of the 36 students who are in the upper class, there are about 26 students and 10 students in the lower class, the highest score is 87 and the lowest score is 51 with a standard deviation of 9. This research is a type of quantitative research with a correlational method. Through data collection techniques in the form of tests and questionnaires. The population taken was all teachers at SMP Negeri Mendo Barat sub-district totaling 68 people with a saturated sample of 68 people. Then the technical data analysis used to test the hypothesis is the product-moment correlation with the teacher's knowledge variable about Law Number 35 of 2014 (X) with the Attitude of Teachers to Students (Y). Furthermore, to test the validity of the independent variable instrument items using the Biserial Point Correlation the results are 29 valid and 1 drop, while the validity of the dependent variable shows 33 valid and 15 drops with a coefficient of 0.20. Then the reliability for the teacher knowledge variable uses the Kuder Richardson-20 (KR-20) and the teacher's attitude variable to students is the Cronbach Alpha formula with an efficiency of 0.71. Subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X TITL SMKN 1 Maumere tahun ajaran 2018/2019, dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 35 siswa. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus menggunakan empat tahap, antara lain: tahap perencanaan, tahap pelaksanaan, tahap observasi dan refleksi. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah metode tes dan observasi. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah tes hasil belajar, lembar observasi dan lembar unjuk kerja. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model project   based learning dapat meningkatkan kemampuan hasil belajar siswa. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: terjadinya peningkatan rata-rata hasil belajar siswa, dari 77.33 pada siklus I menjadi 80.35 pada siklus II (terjadi peningkatan sebesar 3.02). Selain itu terjadi juga peningkatan ketuntasan klasikal, dari 71.42 % pada siklus I menjadi 88.57 % pada siklus II (terjadi peningkatan sebesar 17.15%). In order to develop PSTs motivation and confidence during teaching and learning process, this study was conducted. Some supervising teachers from some high schools in Bangka regency and Pangkalpinang were interviewed. And the findings showed that PSTs should learn more about lesson planning, classroom management, and speaking skills. Every moment the mass media has provided knowledge and information to the public. Increasing needs of information from public, create the mass media institutions in Indonesia developed rapidly. Each media competing to present information that attracts interest from the public. Fierce competition among institutions of mass media today sometimes make them did not work based on the several regulations that is written on the role and function of the journalist in Indonesia. Disobedience to the rules by the journalist agency workers can be seen from the violation of journalistic ethics. Journalism Code of Ethics is a set of rules in form of the Code of Conduct to which journalists practitioners are tied. It contains the principles of right and wrong and contains moral values. The purpose of this study is to determine if the Serambi Indonesia journalists understand the journalistic ethics code based on the knowledge they have, and the practical application of journalistic ethics in journalism activities among journalists of Serambi Indonesia. The results indicate that the Serambi Indonesia journalists understand and have the same understanding of journalistic ethics code as a rule of law in carrying out the task of journalism. Serambi Indonesia journalists use ethical ways when performing job as a journalist. The ethical ways include among other things: Introducing themselves as a reporter with showing a press card. At the stage of writing the news should apply the principle of covering both sides. Performing journalist duty with the independent attitude. Serambi Indonesia’s journalists gave the initials for the victim and young perpetrators of crimes. At the publication stage Serambi Indonesia is willing to give the answer rights to the reader or speaker who feel disadvantaged. \u0000  \u0000ABSTRAK \u0000Dewasa ini media massa telah menjadi salah satu kebutuhan yang tidak dapat dipisahkan dari rutinitas manusia. Setiap saat media massa telah memberikan pengetahuan dan informasi kepada publik. Semakin meningkatnya kebutuhan informasi dari publik, membuat institusi media massa di Indonesia berkembang pesat. Setiap media berlomba menyajikan informasi yang menarik minat publik. Persaingan sengit antar institusi media massa saat ini terkadang membuat mereka tidak berfungsi berdasarkan beberapa regulasi yang dituliskan tentang peran dan fungsi jurnalis di Indonesia. Ketidaktaatan pada aturan oleh pekerja agen jurnalis dapat dilihat dari pelanggaran etika jurnalistik. One way is by providing optimum academic services for students. This study aimed to describe how big the satisfaction index of students to academic services which include aspects, tangibles, reliability, empathy, responsivenes, assurance, and information systems. This study used a qualitative approach with a descriptive survey method. The population in this study were all students of IAIN SAS Bangka Belitung. Engineering samples using proportionate stratified random sampling technique. By using Taro Yamane formula obtained the number of samples are 831 students consisting of 416 students from the Department of Tarbiyah, 291 students of Syariah, and Ekonomi Islam, 125 students from the Department of Dakwah and Komunikasi. Data analysis using techniques percentage calculations and compares the percentage index consisting of a category of very satisfied, satisfied, fairly satisfied, and very dissatisfied. Results showed that the satisfaction of students to academic services at IAIN SAS Bangka Belitung consisting of aspects, tangibles, reliability, empathy, responsivenes, assurance, and information systems is still relatively low with satisfaction index of less than 60 percent, or only 43.8 percent. \u0000  Abstrak \u0000 Upaya untuk meningkatkan mutu di perguruan tinggi perlu dilakukan secara berkesinambungan. Salah satunya adalah dengan menyediakan pelayanan akademik yang optimal bagi mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan seberapa besar indeks kepuasan mahasiswa terhadap pelayanan akademik yang meliputi aspek, tangibles, reliability, emphaty, responsivenes, assurance, dan sistem informasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa IAIN SAS Bangka Belitung berjumlah 2500 mahasiswa. Teknik sampel menggunakan teknik proportionate stratified random sampling. Dengan menggunakan rumus Taro Yamane  didapat jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 831 mahasiswa yang terdiri dari 416 mahasiswa Jurusan Tarbiyah, 291 mahasiswa Jurusan Syariah dan Ekonomi Islam, dan 125 mahasiswa Jurusan Dakwah dan Komunikasi. Analisis data menggunakan teknik perhitungan persentase lalu membandingkannya dengan indeks persentase yang terdiri dari kategori sangat puas, puas, cukup puas, dan sangat tidak puas. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan mahasiswa terhadap pelayanan akademik di IAIN SAS Bangka Belitung yang terdiri dari aspek, tangibles, reliability, emphaty, responsivenes, assurance, dan sistem informasi masih tergolong rendah dengan indeks kepuasan kurang dari 60 persen atau hanya 43.8 persen. Foreign universities access into Indonesia will be a kind of ‘contestational’ and ‘exotic’ journey heavenly for business profits of ‘global education capitalists’ networks which mainly focus on two main objectives: ‘teaching’ and ‘research’. On the contrary, it becomes a momentum for us to stimulate the development of domestic campuses in order to be more dynamic in welcoming opportunities and challenges to create and innovate relevantly to the demands and the needs of the people of Republic of Indonesia through solid coordinations and supervisions in encouraging and accelerating national development through the sense of Nusantara characters. Sooner or later, the expansive academic infiltration of global higher education is beginning to drive our higher educations to compete among the superiors. Thus, the government of Republic of Indonesia has to endorse the capability, credibility and accountability of higher education institutions through the common sense on the basic values of higher education as non-profit organization being mandated by our national constitutions and laws in intensifying community service and welfare. Make everything closer to the community, not by adopting randomly all commercial motives of global higher education which are capitalist and liberal sensed. To sum up, a set of pro-public rules, controls and policies must be strategically prepared with adequate supports based on scientific truths, benefits, reasonings, justice, virtue, affordability, honesty, sustainability, and religious responsibilities and social diversities. \u0000  \u0000Keywords: Dynamics, Tri Dharma, Academic Community, Motivation and Academic Expansion, and Globalization of Higher Education \u0000Abstrak \u0000Perluasan pendidikan tinggi global secara meyakinkan mulai meresap ke dalam koneksi pendidikan tinggi di Indonesia. Akses universitas asing ke Indonesia akan menjadi semacam perjalanan 'kontroversial' dan 'eksotis' surgawi untuk keuntungan bisnis dari 'jaringan kapitalis pendidikan global' yang terutama berfokus pada dua tujuan utama: 'mengajar' dan 'penelitian'. Sebaliknya, itu menjadi momentum bagi kita untuk merangsang pengembangan kampus dalam negeri agar lebih dinamis dalam menyambut peluang dan tantangan untuk menciptakan dan berinovasi secara relevan dengan tuntutan dan kebutuhan masyarakat Republik Indonesia melalui koordinasi yang solid dan pengawasan dalam mendorong dan mempercepat pembangunan nasional melalui rasa karakter Nusantara. Cepat atau lambat, infiltrasi akademik yang luas dari pendidikan tinggi global mulai mendorong pendidikan tinggi kita untuk bersaing di antara para atasan.
