The aim is to develop, implement and improve strategies and processes, to lead to an increase in quality of aviation activities, maintaining the highest level of operational safety and must be based on national and international standards. The health of workers at work is guaranteed by Art. 36 of the Constitution of the Slovak Republic and it establishes a system of regulations for ensuring safety and health at work. Occupational safety and health is a state of eliminating the impact of hazardous, working conditions and environment or harmful factors in the work process to employees. The security policy should set out how the airport deals with health and safety at work. This policy should include measures to protect workers assess any risks to health and safety, consultation with the various processes with employees, provide sufficient facilities for their maintenance, training and ensure staff training and minimalization of accidents and incidents at the airport.","PeriodicalId":186247,"journal":{"name":"2019 New Trends in Aviation Development (NTAD)","volume":"612 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124975034","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

These materials are used among others in the automotive industry, aviation and aviation infrastructure, residential construction, power engineering and household appliances industry. These coatings are also an alternative to cadmium coatings. In order to ensure greater effectiveness of protection of galvanized steel products, it is possible to apply additional protection in the form of a conversion coating produced in a process which uses, among others, chromates as a passivator. The resulting passive layer additionally protects the zinc coating against aggressive environmental influences and thus extends the service life of the products. Both trivalent and hexavalent chromium is used in the chromating process. However, according to the Directive of the European Parliament and of the Council of Europe, the toxic and carcinogenic Cr (VI) must be eliminated and replaced by Cr (III) in the chromating process. The study included the evaluation of the corrosion resistance of the samples using the comparative method in an accelerated laboratory test in a neutral salt spray (NSS) test. Zinc coatings with varied thickness without passivation and a Cr (III) passivated zinc coating were tested.","PeriodicalId":186247,"journal":{"name":"2019 New Trends in Aviation Development (NTAD)","volume":"13 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128320158","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

They are charged per flight, irrespective of the overflown States number. EUROCONTROL's Central Route Charges Office (CRCO) is responsible for collecting charges from the airspace users on behalf of the Member States. The CRCO calculates route charges based on the Member States imposed rates, taking into account provided services, collects them from the airspace users and distributes income to the States concerned. En-route charges are regulated at the EU level; however, each Member State has different overflight rates. Hence, a flight between two European cities can be less, or more expensive to the airline, depending on the chosen trajectory. The goal of this article is to perform an analysis of the flight trajectory impact on the total flight cost, from the airlines' perspective.","PeriodicalId":186247,"journal":{"name":"2019 New Trends in Aviation Development (NTAD)","volume":"5 11 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122699980","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Above all, the negative effects of air accidents could be eliminated by effective intervention of the emergency services in air accidents. However, Fire and Rescue services (FaR) members do not receive training in air accidents. In the world, only a very small number of experts deal with the issue of training firefighters in air accidents. This was also the reason for the implementation of the project focused on the design of educational software for members of FaR on the issue of intervention in air accidents, which will increase the theoretical capability of FaR members. Part of the education system is also the creation and design of a testing process for individual members of FaR, which is effective and transparent. The aim of the article is to describe a part of the education system designed for FaR in its final phase, ie. test software.","PeriodicalId":186247,"journal":{"name":"2019 New Trends in Aviation Development (NTAD)","volume":"4 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130890868","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

One type of these sensors is the magnetic sensors that can be used in various magnetometric systems not only for navigation purposes, but also for mapping of weak stationary and low-frequency fields, whether for the analysis of magnetic fields spatial distribution or in non-destructive archeology. Modern sensors in this area are based on the use of the amorphous ribbons or perspectively on the magnetic microwires. To optimize these sensors the magnetization characteristics of the materials need to be well known. For this reason a measuring workplace has been created with which it is possible to measure these characteristics in an automated manner and to optimize the measurement chain for the unmanned vehicles in a relatively short time. The article is focused on description of the created measuring workplace and the measuring coil used in the measurement. The results of verification measurements are also presented.","PeriodicalId":186247,"journal":{"name":"2019 New Trends in Aviation Development (NTAD)","volume":"19 1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125611962","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
