Based on the sensitivity analysis of the resistive coupling coefficient, the parameters of coupling structure and mounted resistors are determined. In the measured results, the 0.2-dB passband is increased from 198 MHz of the case without resistive couplings to 256 MHz with resistive couplings. The flat passband and high selectivity are achieved at the cost of an additional insertion loss (IL) of 1.1 dB. Since SIW cavities can provide higher unloaded Q-factor than microstrip resonators, a smaller in-band IL deterioration will be required with the lossy SIW filter than microstrip counterparts when a good passband flatness is desired, especially for narrow-band applications. In this paper, the temporal rather than geographical feature of spectrum database is investigated. The spectrum prediction is formulated and taken as a function of spectrum database. Furthermore, spectrum sensing is also a choice for SOP exploration to cope with the inefficiency of the solely spectrum database approach on freshness of the information and the precise of the prediction. On that consideration, a joint SOP exploration (JSE) scheme is proposed which determines SOP based on joint spectrum sensing and the spectrum prediction enabled spectrum database. The advantages of spectrum database, spectrum prediction and spectrum sensing can be taken jointly to ascertain SOP. The main devices of this module are GaN HEMT power transistors working at class AB made in China. The output power of each transistor is more than 200 watts. Each circularly polarized patch corresponds to one OAM state respectively. All three patches are designed to operate at 2.45 GHz. A technique that cancels both comparator delay and offset are proposed to improve the frequency stability against variations of temperature and supply voltage. This relaxation oscillator is designed and simulated in a 180-nm CMOS technology. The post layout simulation results show that the proposed circuit has a 1-cycle start-up time, and the frequency drift is less than ±0.6%. For the supply voltage changing from 0.9 to 1.2 V, the variation of frequency is -0.72% ~ +0.68% and the temperature coefficient is 75.5 ppm/°C over 0 to 90°C. This proposed microwave sensor technology requires the multiple-square concentric ring to generate multiple non-identical frequency responses to take estimate for dielectric property measurement, and the cooperated estimate of SC-TCSRR can effectively mitigate the permittivity measurement error. The dielectric constants and thickness of a MUT are dependent on the operational resonance frequency deviation. The CSRR sensor is etched on the ground plane of a microstrip line. The SC-TCSRR sensor operating between 1.5 GHz to 4.6 GHz band is fabricated by specific ratio range and tested for verification. For calculation and analysis, the permittivity of a MUT is extracted by two resonant frequencies (fM, fH). This proposed method uses three sets (fM, fH), fL, fM) and fL, fH) and averages the measured results to improve measurement accuracy. The experiments yielded average measurement errors less than 1.60 % for the permittivity of MUT. And, the result is more accurate than dual ring CSRR's measurement error result [1] 4.63%. We have modeled our scenario with two synchronously broadcasting transmitters and a single receiver. We then incorporate the cabling delay between the transmitters that cause periodic deep fades in the frequency response of the broadcasting channel. We propose to employ adaptive modulation in order to increase the spectral efficiency of the system. Thus, the proposed power amplifier topology covers four different bands of operation while simultaneously operating at two bands. Then CS is compared with the conventional back projection (BP) method in TWI. Results show that it is feasible and very effective to use CS to image the targets behind the wall with SS radar. Furthermore, compared with BP imaging, although the number of observation points using CS method has decreased by 67% and the data store using CS also has declined by 60%, the location accuracy of targets using CS is much higher than that using BP.
