Two metallic vias are combined with the S-SRR to improve the performance. A coplanar waveguide (CPW) loaded with the new structures and series gaps, which works as a band pass filter is simulated and fabricated. A miniaturized coplanar waveguide band pass filter using novel single split-ring resonators
