Identified and classified the main reasons affecting the unsuccessful completion of projects. The components of the proposed model for integrating the project management system are shown and their detailed characteristics are presented. It is determined that the proposed model is based on three components, including a list of basic methodologies and standards for project management, which can form hybrid methodologies, a set of IT, database and project management knowledge for developing, substantiating and managing projects and modern artificial technologies intelligence based on the use of machine learning methods. The role, components and environment of machine learning for use in project management is substantiated. The integration conditions were used to analyze and build a table of modern IT for project management, clustering them into three groups concerning the possibilities of using artificial intelligence technologies, in particular machine learning. The results of introducing elements of the proposed model in the implementation of complex IT projects in the banking sector have shown the effectiveness of the proposed approach. The success of current projects and portfolios of projects of the bank has increased, the number of participants in project activities working in real projects with processing large amounts of information on managing the development and implementation of complex IT products has increased.","PeriodicalId":185781,"journal":{"name":"Bulletin of NTU \"KhPI\". Наявні методи управління інноваційною діяльністю не дають змогу кількісно оцінити всю множину ризиків в процесі реалізації інноваційних проектів, що не дозволяє розподілити їх між різними учасниками таких проектів таким чином, щоб врахувати інтереси всіх стейкхолдерів інноваційної діяльності. Статистика продемонструвала негативні результати щодо проведення наукових досліджень та їх впровадження в Україні в останні десятиріччя. В основі такого становища лежать дві основні причини – економічна (недостатнє фінансування) й організаційна (неефективне управління державними закладами). Розроблено механізм формування портфелю наукових проектів закладів вищої освіти, що дозволяє здійснювати управління науковою діяльністю закладів вищої освіти на основі моделей ризик-менеджменту. В роботі запропоновано метод, згідно з яким результати наукового проекту оцінюються за показниками стратегічних цілей. Інтегрований показник ефективності проекту визначається як довжина траєкторії, пройдена закладом вищої освіти в напрямку бажаного стану. Запропоновані моделі та методи управління інноваційною діяльністю закладів вищої освіти були використані при управлінні науковою діяльністю Одеського національного морського університету. Впровадження портфельного методу управління науковою діяльністю дозволило досягти стратегічної мети університету в рамках реалізації місії інноваційної програми. Потенційні проекти, розташовані в порядку зменшення рейтингу формують портфель у такій послідовності – у портфель включаються: всі наукові проекти, що були розпочаті у минулому році; наукові проекти, що були завершені у минулому році, але які потребують доопрацювання (наприклад, вирішення питань впровадження результатів); з розгляду виключаються «ризиковані» проекти, для яких значення коефіцієнту досяжності цілей менше 0,5; включаються наукові проекти із запропонованих потенційними науковими керівниками по мірі зменшення їхнього рейтингу.","PeriodicalId":185781,"journal":{"name":"Bulletin of NTU \"KhPI\". According to the results of the analysis of scientific work, it was concluded that in most cases the successful implementation of any project and meeting the needs of its stakeholders depends on the professional and competence abilities, skills and abilities of the project team, as well as the leadership qualities of the project manager and his ability to avoid or prevent conflicts. A new component of project management methodology is proposed, in particular, conflict management research project, which includes the processes of planning project conflict management, conflict identification, conflict analysis, conflict response planning, conflict response implementation and conflict monitoring. The implementation of these processes will allow the project manager and his team to take on a conscious and controllable risk regarding the implementation of the project in order to create value. Conflict within each research project exists on two levels, in particular: individual conflicts that can affect the achievement of one or several project goals, and general conflicts that arise due to a combination of individual conflicts, stresses, problems, etc., and can influence the implementation of the entire project. The project manager must clearly understand the consequences of destructive conflicts and how to improve the impact of constructive conflicts on the project implementation. It is concluded that conflicts can occur throughout the entire life cycle of a research project, therefore project conflict management processes should be implemented continuously from the very beginning of project planning to its successful completion and meeting the goals of stakeholders that are put in front of the project.","PeriodicalId":185781,"journal":{"name":"Bulletin of NTU \"KhPI\".
