We report a case of HZ with a clinical picture resembling paralytic ileus which, if treated late, will increase the morbidity and mortality of the sufferer.
Case Presentation: A 59-year-old man came to the hospital emergency room with complaints of abdominal hardness, wall tension, pain, and inability to fart and defecate followed by plentiful water contents from the abdomen to the right back. Physical examination showed decreased bowel sounds and eruption of vesicular lesions with erythematous skin base distributed dermatomal T8-10 dextra. Blood tests showed elevated monocytes and hyperglycemia, while abdominal radiology showed dilated colon and normal air distribution in the colon. Tzanck's test revealed multinucleated giant cells. The patient was diagnosed with HZ and showed improvement after being given orally acyclovir and gabapentin.

Children tend to be indifferent to changes in their own body condition. This is the reason why the role of sufficient knowledge and skills are related to maternal diarrhea management, to reduce the high rate of disability and mortality due to diarrhea. Objective in this research is to determine the relationship between maternal knowledge and efforts to treat diarrhea in children in Banyumas District, Banyumas Regency.
The Methods of this study is an observational analytic study with a cross-sectional design on an accessible population of mothers from kindergarteners in Banyumas District, Banyumas Regency. Selected respondents were 100 people using the snowball sampling method.
The Result are total of mothers with “good” level of knowledge regarding diarrhea are (72%), and mothers with “sufficient” level are (28%). In terms of the level of diarrhea management, as much as (89%) are in the “good” category, and as much as (11%) are in the “lacking” category. Based on data from the Indonesian Ministry of Health in 2007, there were 450 million people who had to live with mental disorders. The prevalence of adult individuals (aged 18 years and over) and the elderly, there were 11.6% who experienced emotional disorders, such as anxiety and depression. Diaphragmatic rupture is a medical condition caused by blunt or penetrating trauma, which often leads to herniation of the abdominal viscera into the thoracic cavity. \u0000Case: We presented a case in which a 39-year-old man complained of left chest pain and abdominal pain radiated to his back, after involed in a traffic accident. On physical examination, the left chest was left behind when breathing, a dull sound was found on percussion, with diffuse abdominal tenderness. Thoraco Abdomen CT-scan was performed and it concluded that there was a rupture of the left posterior diaphragm with a diameter of 15 cm which caused herniation of the gastric and intestines to the left of thoracic cavity, accompanied by a collapse of the left lung due to blunt trauma. The patient underwent an explore laparotomy with the aim of repairing his diaphragmatic rupture, and splenectomy procedure to remove the affected spleen. \u0000 Conclusion: Surgery is a mandatory action in order to repair the diaphragm.
