When operating, workers often go into charged areas, touching charged equipment. That is dangerous. So this paper describes a personnel safety warning equipment for electric power system. The equipment not only provides safety warning, but also shows the location of the workers to the supervisor. The device is mainly divided into positioning base stations and electric field intensity measurement module. When the workers wear the warning device and nearing into a dangerous area, the device will sound warning, alert workers retreat from the site. In addition, the warning device can also show the real-time position of workers that facilitate supervisors to grasp the safety situation of workers and take appropriate measures. This safety warning device can guarantee personal safety and has the good economic effect.","PeriodicalId":185301,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2019 2nd International Conference on Sustainable Energy, Environment and Information Engineering (SEEIE 2019)","volume":"78 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121200158","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Based on the provincial panel data from 2009 to 2017, this paper calculates the comprehensive score of logistics development level by means of entropy weight method and Catastrophe Progression Method. The results show that the comprehensive score of logistics development level in Guangdong Province ranks first. The logistics development level in Jiangsu, Shandong, Zhejiang, Hebei, Liaoning, Hubei and other provinces is also at a high level. The development level of the logistics industry in Qinghai, Gansu, Hainan, Ningxia, Tibet and other regions is relatively low. Thus, the exploration and development of CBM resources is hindered. This paper aims to investigate the deep CBM at 1755m-1764m in the second member of the upper Paleozoic Shanxi Formation and that at 1815m-1833m in the second member of the upper Paleozoic Taiyuan Formation with the gas content and other parameters from wireline coring in Well Gu 1.The results show that the Shenmu area has the low-medium rank coal with the high vitrinite content and the medium-high gas-bearing potential. In order to obtain the cost of environmental degradation, we first use the factor analysis method to calculate the environmental pollution index of China's “three wastes” emissions from 2008 to 2017, and then use regression analysis and marginal analysis to analyze the environmental degradation costs caused by changes in environmental pollution indices. Secondly, we use the environmental pollution index as the explanatory variable, the explicit and implicit environmental degradation cost as the explanatory variables, and the industrial structure and per capita GDP level as the control factors to establish the regression model. Regression analysis using SPSS software can obtain correlation regression coefficients, and then analyze the correlation between environmental pollution index and environmental degradation cost. Finally, the environmental degradation cost is calculated by the absolute value of the environmental pollution index difference. It can be observed that the environmental degradation cost increases with time. Therefore, analyzing the harmonic content of wind turbines to the main busbar of the grid is a key issue in the development of the wind power industry. The research object of this paper is mainly the harmonic propagation and coupling of the wind farm composed of doubly-fed wind turbines. Laying and quilting share one platform and Y-direction drive. A buffer structure and a three-layer feeding structure were designed for the high flexibility of the polyester mesh and the complex combination of multi-layer insulation. In order to overcome the problem of fixed frame structure without fixed platform, the support belt system was designed, and the control system was adjusted to perform stepping quilting, in response to the special needs of multi-layer insulation for large stitching. The test results show that the spacecraft multi-layer insulation automatic laying and quilting equipment realizes high-speed and stable operation.
