Program keselamatan kerja (safety work program) perlu dibuat oleh manajemen perusahaan, serta memiliki komitmen untuk menjalankan program tersebut demi terciptanya keamanan di lokasi proyek. Untuk itu dibutuhkan identifikasi kunci utama pelaksanaan K3 di masa pandemi. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui survey penyebaran kuesioner kepada pekerja pada proyek pembangunan gedung Muhammadiyah Palangka Raya Kampus II dan analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif. Jepara is the center of all economic activity, the impact of traffic in the city of Jepara is very heavy, so that traffic jams often occur on certain roads. This happens because the number of vehicles that pass through the route is not balanced with the capacity of the road and the high activity of side barriers. In this thesis, the author raises the topic of Road Performance Analysis of the Jepara – Kudus road segment. The method applied in analyzing the road used the Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia (MKJI) 1997. The study was conducted for 7 days, Monday to Sunday on the Jl. Jepara – Kudus. After doing research on the road section, it can be concluded that the road has the highest average speed of 38.19 km/hour on Sunday and the capacity of the road with side barriers (road body parking) is 2220,24 smp/hour, while the degree is 2220,24 smp/jam. The road saturation (DS) is > 0,75 which is 1.526 which is included in the service leecel category F with the number of vehicles being 3390.25 smp/hour/2 directions. Salah satu bangunan pelindung pantai adalah pemecah gelombang. Pemecah gelombang dibangun untuk melindungi perairan di belakangnya dari serangan gelombang. Selain itu juga digunakan untuk mengendalikan abrasi yang mengikis pantai. Lokasi perencanaan berada di pantai Tempat Pelelangan Ikan (TPI) Ujung Batu Jepara, Jalan K.H. Sidiq Harun, Desa Ujung Batu, Kabupaten Jepara. Dengan koordinat -6.582469, 110.656976. Rencana ini menghitung tinggi gelombang rencana, dimensi, dan analisis bangunan yang direncanakan menggunakan tipe pemecah gelombang miring. Dalam perhitungannya menggunakan rumus Hudson. Alternatif pertama diperoleh dengan berat batu pecah 650 kg dan tetrapod 110 kg, dengan lapisan pelindung setebal 1,82 m, lebar 2,79 m dan elevasi 5,3 m. So this waste is very suitable to be used as a stabilizing mixture for ordinary embankment soil. The purpose of this study was to find the optimal value for the foundation layer, using an experimental method to examine the free compressive strength of the soil stabilizing material. By using a mixture of 50% FA + 50% BA and 60% FA + 40% BA with the percentage of cement addition of 3%,5%,7%,9%,11%,15%. The results showed that the highest stress value occurred in the mix design 50% FA+50% BA with a percentage of 9% cement, the highest stress increase was at a percentage value of 4,943 kg/cm2 during a 3 day curing period. With the highest field density value at T3 of 1,553 gr/cm3. With the results of the highest soil density R value at T3 of 123.247%. From the problems found that there are no drainage channels as a result of residential construction that does not pay attention to the drainage function and can result in damage to road construction. This final project analyzes drainage channels with the aim of knowing alternative flood management. The results of the hydrological planning calculations will be used as the basis for hydraulic analysis, rainfall calculations using the isohyet method. The hydraulics analysis was carried out using the HEC-RAS and EPA SWMM programs. Based on the results of the analysis of existing conditions, it was found that inundation occurs because the capacity of the channel is not able to drain the flood discharge, such as the dimensions of the channel that are not suitable so that new planning is needed. Menurut Muria News “ Jepara, 4/02/2020, turun hujan deras dari pukul 10.30 hingga 15.00 di Jalan Raya Kembang – Bangsri, pada saat itu terjadilah banjir besar yang menggenangi jalan tersebut setinggi 30- 40 cm. Genangan air terjadi dari Taman Kembang sampai jembatan Jinggotan yang terletak di sebelah selatan dari SMA 1 Kembang. Banjir tersebut menganggu arus lalu lintas setempat sehingga menghambat laju kendaraan yang melewatinya.”Penelitian analisa kapasitas drainase pada Jalan Raya Kelet – Bangsri ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan drainase dalam mengalirkan debit air buangan, selain itu juga untuk mengetahui kapasitas drainase, dan memberikan solusi dari permasalahan tersebut. Pada penelitian ini sebelumnya yang dilakukan adalah dengan meninjau kondisi saluran eksisting terlebih dahulu, dengan mengumpulkan data primer maupun sekunder kemudian melakukan analisa menggunakan  software HEC – RAS 5.0.7[1]. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang terjadi pada drainase Jalan Raya Kelet– Bangsri memang perlu adanya analisa kapasitas drainase, sehingga dapat mengetahui solusi untuk perencanaan kedepan. Dengan analisa hidrologi menggunakan software  HEC-RAS 5.0.7 akan memudahkan untuk merencanakan kembali suatu drainase dengan dilengkapi simulasi kondisi saluran. Dalam analisa perhitungan menggunakan distribusi sebaran log pearson III karena nilai Cs < 1 dari metode tersebut mendapatkan curah hujan 2 tahun 226.0757 mm, 5 tahun 285.6254 mm, 10 tahun 322.7451 mm sehingga menghasilkan debit banjir rencana Q 2019 2,99 m3/s, Q 2021 3,28 m3/s, Q 2024 3,64 m3/s, dan Q 2029 4,04 m3/s. sedangkan pada sofware HEC – RAS 5.07 menghasilkan debit saluran rata – rata Q 2,43 m3/s dimana Q Debit > Q Saluran maka dinyatakan Q saluran tidak memenuhi persyaratan untuk mengalirkan debit banjir sehingga terjadi limpasan air. Perencanaan ini berdasar pada SNI 7509:2011 tentang Tata Cara Perencanaan Teknik Jaringan Distribusi dan Unit Pelayanan Sistem Penyediaan Air Bersih dan Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum Nomor 18/PRT/M/2007 tentang Penyelenggaraan Pengembangan Sistem Penyediaan Air Minum. Reservoir direncanakan menggunakan material beton bertulang dengan tebal plat dasar 250 mm serta penulangannya D13-150, tebal dinding beton 150 mm serta penulangan D13-100, serta plat penutup dengan tebal 100 mm dengan penulangan Ø10 – 150. Dimana drainase habis langsung di laut, menyebabkan polusi laut karena limbah domestik. Tujuan dari rencana akhir proyek ini adalah untuk merancang SPAL dan IPAL sebagai sarana untuk meningkatkan kualitas lingkungan Tanjungsari Desa. Hasil dari penelitian pada aspek teknis menunjukkan bahwa limbah rata-rata debit dari Desa Tanjungsari adalah 69,36 L / orang per hari. Diameter pipa yang digunakan dalam perencanaan pengembangan SPAL dan IPAL untuk daerah ini adalah 100 mm atau 4 inci.
