In this context, agile methods have emerged as an alternative that can bring better results for certain types of project. Technical reports show that the number of successful projects is lower than desired. One of the possible reasons is that there are many companies do not apply Risk Management or apply it improperly. In some companies, it is possible that there is a need to lead the Project Risk Management focused on organizational environment, namely the relationship of these risks with several existing projects. In this light, the article's goal is to report the case study's experience for the implementation of an Agile Risk Management Process in multiple projects environments, called GARA (Gestão ágil de Riscos de Ambiente). Some projects were selected to participate in the process which aims to perform an active management of existing impediments mainly those affect more than one project because of its importance or being share resources among these projects. Much of this knowledge has focused on creating better tools to plan, execute, and control projects. There are, however, other equally important determinants of project success. Three success drivers which have received far less attention are how project leaders gain support for their projects via their interpersonal power & influence; how they can productively deal with those who can either block or help facilitate project accomplishment; and how to “manage upwards,” e.g., managing key relationships with project sponsors and senior management. Without an understanding of these concepts, many project leaders will encounter performance levels not sufficient for project success. This presentation posits that the more complex the project and the more sophisticated and diverse the technology projects require, the more the concepts discussed in this paper are needed for project success. From the survey results, we found about 70 percent of respondents know about green consumerism and eco-labeling system. About 80 percent of respondents have an attitude and belief that one can positively influence environmental quality by individual green behavior. However, more than 40 percent of respondents are skeptical of green marketing or advertising. 61 percent of respondents reported they would be willing to purchase green products, even when green product costs more than non-green alternative (85 percent of those green consumers would pay a price premium, but lower than 10 percent). The ongoing global economic crisis, however, would make 44 percent of respondents purchase less green products. The estimation results of the probit model show consumers who would intentionally buy green products with strong green claims due to environmental concerns; are older; and have higher income are more likely to pay a price premium for green products in the presence of global economic crisis. Consumers who perceive green products are usually low in quality; and are married are less likely to buy high-priced green products under the situation of global economic crisis. If they only do R&D without commercialization, it might lead to no returns. Due to the spur of US governmental policies, research-oriented purposes in universities are switched to industrial purposes instead of science purposes. After the Bayh-Dole Act was enacted in 1980, the activities of technology transfer between academics and industries dramatically boosted. The factors, which influence the performances of technology transfer, were proposed by some pervious researches, and most of them suggested that researches expenditure, patents, and published articles carry significant weight. According to some case studies of famous journal, they pointed out that patents have no contribution. This study uses AUTM licensing survey to figure out the relationship between issued patents, published articles, and technology commercialization. The competencies, skills, and abilities of graduates of technology management programs should reflect and meet the needs of the employers of these graduates. It is imperative that the design and development of technology management curricula consider the needs of business and industry, yet very little research has addressed this aspect. The author conducted a study using a purposive sample population of technology-managers from four industry sectors (business services, education, government, and manufacturing) in addition to economic developers. The primary purpose of this study was to determine the core curricular elements of effective undergraduate technology management academic programs. The relative perceived importance of each of the following eight core-competency areas were addressed in the study: (a) technology project management, (b) management of technological change, (c) information and knowledge management, (d) management of organizational change, (e) strategic management of technology, (f) assessment and evaluation of technology, (g) quality management of technology, and (h) innovation and product development. The study has investigated four telecommunication websites, which had the same content and constant information structure, to be evaluated using heuristics evaluation method. The subjects included thirty two final year undergraduate students who took the Human Computer Interaction (HCI) course at the School of Informatics, Universiti Malaysia Sabah. The purpose of this research is to analyze the general characteristics of website which is important to mobile users when using their service provider's websites. The result provides empirical evidence that any user interfaces designed for the general public should not only be easy to learn, but must also be aesthetically pleasing. Results indicate there is a critical need to have formal training among websites' stakeholders in approaching technology management during this age of fundamental change.
