It also can achieve the maximum degree of utilization of the platform. Each application can register its service on its needs conveniently. It can not only enable reuse, but also provide a platform and data basis for the work service hall. This pathological state is not only related to snoring, excessive daytime sleepiness (EDS), also due to hypopnea or apnea caused by repeated episodes of hypoxia and hypercapnia, which can lead to the complications of cardiopulmonary and other vital organs even to sudden death. So OSAHS is a potential fatal disease, which has been widely appreciated in clinic. The target of dealing with OSAHS was not only to decrease the mortality rate, but also to minimize the potential adverse effects. Therefore, it was important to detecting, preparation and treatment early in clinic, especially how to detect as soon as possible. In this study, the diseases diagnosis was realized by using multilayer, probabilistic, logic model, and generalized regression neural networks. The diseases dataset was prepared by patients' case reports from No.307 hospital of PLA's database and volunteers' experiments. A new improved design is made by our team. With the consideration of the specific requirement of teaching and learning process, as well as the concept of user centered design, we combine all of the functionalities in a simple and organic manner to ensure the simplicity of the interface. We divide the functionalities into front channel and back channel categories. Based on the partition, a simple interface integrates them organically by using quick buttons in the front channel window for easy and rapid control on the showing or hiding of the back channel windows, thus ensure the operating efficiency, New messages arisen in the back channel windows will be displayed in the front channel windows by making the corresponding quick buttons twinkle and highlighted, thus ensure the effectiveness of the interface. This paper studies the sparse representation in image processing, while down on the species detection key technology research, the dictionary will be an improved KSVD down denoising algorithm, algorithm expressed by feather image sparse quality has improved, thereby improving the recognition rate down image. We present a theory of why some people who witness or learn about acts of workplace incivility against others in organizations are more likely to recognize this incivility and become personally involved. Drawing from theories of moral identity and moral justice, We explores the potential relationships between moral emotion and such result variables of workplace incivility like help the victims, or punish the perpetrator. We explain third parties' morally motivated responses to workplace incivility and consider the role of power and belief in the disciplinary system in this process. Recently, a new variant of SNP systems, called SNP systems with structural plasticity(in short, SNPSP systems) was introduced. In SNPSP systems, neuron can use plasticity rules to create and delete synapses. In this work, we consider many restrictions sequentiality on SNPSP systems:(i)we use the weighted synapses,(ii)neuron with the maximum number of spikes is chosen to fire. In computer-aided diagnosis (CAD), machine learning techniques have been widely used to assist the medical experts in decision making. This paper proposed a new method for thyroid disease classification based on random forest. Principal Component Analysis is used to preserve the variability in the data. Rotation Transformation can enlarge the discrepancy of the base classifiers and improve the accuracy of the ensemble classifier. Our method performs much better than Bagging, Random forest and AdaBoost, and can solve the accuracy-diversity dilemma. Experimental results show that the classification accuracy of this method can reach to 95.63% on the dataset from UCI machine learning repository. In order to verify the effectiveness of the method furthermore, this paper also chooses the real clinical medical data set. It is more complex than the UCI standard dataset in data quantity and dimension.
