The current research object used is the Shopee website visitor on the www.shopee.co.id page. The purpose of this research is to determine whether the attractiveness of the website design and consumer trust affect purchasing decisions at Shopee. The method used in this research is explanatory research and data processing techniques using multiple linear regression. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The population is Shopee website users and the sample is Shopee website users who domiciled in the city of Bandung. Data was collected by distributing surveys in the form of questionnaires. The sampling method in this study was used to distribute online questionnaires with 295 IT employees who were doing WFH in the last six months. The analytical approach in this study used path analysis. The results showed that: Innovation culture and technostress have a significant effect on technostress. Technostress, burnout, and WFC have a significant effect on performance. Technostress has a significant effect on WWB, while burnout and WFC variables have no significant effect on WWB. This study aims to discuss the role of competence, work motivation and work discipline in predicting employee performance at PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Majalengka West Java. The population of this research is the employees of PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Majalengka. The sampling technique used is saturated sample where all populations i.e. 57 employees in the research object was taken as the sample. The data collection technique in this study is survey method by distributing questionnaires, while the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that the three predictors of competence, work motivation and work discipline individually have a positive and significant relationship with employee performance. Furthermore, three predictors simultaneously have a positive and significant relationship with employee performance. The results of the study showed that Social Media Marketing significantly and positively influenced stay Decision. Brand Image significantly and positively influences the stay Decision. Social Media Marketing has a significant and positive effect on Brand Image. This study uses a quantitative approach and survey methods in data collection process. The population of this study are individuals who use mobile payment during the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia, especially Gopay, Dana, OVO, LinkAja and Shopeepay users. The sample in this study was taken using purposive sampling technique. We obtained 290 respondents and analyzed by using partial leans square structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). The results showed that ease of use, facilitating conditions and compatibility had a positive and significant effect on attitudes. Attitudes had a positive and significant effect on the intention to use mobile payment. The sample used in this study is the people of Bandung City with 147 respondents. The sampling technique used was nonprobability sampling and the sampling design used purposive sampling technique. Data processing was performed using SPSS version 25 software and analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that environmental factors and mall shopping experience affect mall shopping behavior by 49% and the rest is influenced by other factors. Environmental factors and mall shopping experience play an important role in consumer behavior when shopping at a shopping center. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh faktor lingkungan dan pengalaman belanja mall terhadap perilaku belanja mall. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah masyarakat Kota Bandung dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 147 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah nonprobability sampling dan desain pengambilan sampelnya menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan software SPSS versi 25 dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor lingkungan dan pengalaman belanja mall mempengaruhi perilaku belanja mall sebesar 49% dan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Faktor lingkungan dan pengalaman belanja mall memegang peranan penting dalam perilaku konsumen ketika berbelanja di pusat perbelanjaan .
