Penelitian dilakukan pada tanggal 1 November - 20 desember. Dua puluh petani anggota kelompok tani Sederhana dipilih sebagai responden. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimental dengan model one group pretest-postest experimental research, yaitu dengan membandingkan mengetahuan petani tentang budidaya Edamame sebelum dan sesudah penayangan video dengan metode uji Paired Sample t-Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penggunaan media video efektif secara signifikan meningkatkan tingkat pengetahuan petani tentang budidaya edamame dengan niilai signifikansi uji Paired Sample t-Test sebesar 0,000. Berdasarkan rata-rata hasil tes sebelum dan sesudah penayangan video didapat peningkatan nilai tes sebesar 54,95%. The basic method of research is quantitative descriptive survey approach. Exogenous variables in this study were BPP performance, while the endogenous variable is the adoption of PTT and rice production. The population in this study is 21 BPP in Magelang. The sampling technique used method purposive sampling. Respondents in this study a number of agricultural extension 148 and 148 farmers. Data collection techniques by observation and interviews. Analysis of the data used is Path Analysis. The results showed that the performance including the BPP in either category. Adoption PTT Rice in Magelang District including the high category. Production of rice in Magelang included in the category increased. BPP performance significantly influence farmers' adoption. Adoption PTT of Rice in Magelang Regency significantly affect rice production. BPP performance in Magelang significantly affect rice production. Increasing rice production would be done if supported by the performance of BPP and implementation optimal PTT of rice, the BPP's role should be improved through capacity building extension, the provision of infrastructure and funding to support the program in order to increase rice production, especially in the district of Magelang. This research was done on January until February of 2017 in Banjaran Village, Bangsri Sub-District, Jepara Regency. The research method that used was survey method by doing a direct interview based on the available questionaire. There were 80 farmers that were selected randomly to be the respondent sample of this research. The research’s results showed the average income of farmers was Rp 4.369.956,-. The average of monthly income was Rp 1.092.489,- which is lower than regional minimum wage of Jepara District. Cultivation of rice done by farmers was considered as profitable bussiness because the average of profitability is higher than the loan interest at of Sumber Mulyo Cooperative. The factors which influence farmer’s income were cost of seed (X1) and cost of fertilizer (X2). Meanwhile, the cost of drug (X3) and labour (X4) were not factors that affect Gapoktan Sumber Mulyo farmers’ income. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan September - Oktober 2017 di Paguyuban Al-Barokah, Desa Ketapang, Kecamatan Susukan, Kabupaten Semarang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode survai. Metode dalam penentuan lokasi penelitian adalah secara purposive, pemilihan responden dilakukan secara acak (Simple Random Sampling), sedangkan jumlah responden yang ditentukan 77 orang menggunakan rumus Slovin. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, wawancara, dan observasi sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis IPA (Important Performance Analysis) dan CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index). Berdasarkan analisis IPA, atribut yang masih perlu ditingkatkan koperasi seperti kelengkapan fasilitas koperasi (Atribut Bukti Nyata), ketepatan waktu dalam mendapatkan uang hasil penjualan (AtributKehandalan), ketrampilan atau pengetahuan pengurus (Atribut Jaminan), sanksi untuk anggota yang tidak mematuhi peraturan koperasi (AtributDaya t) dan bantuan sosial seperti biaya rumah sakit bila ada anggota yang sakit (Dimensi Perhatian). CentralJava Province ranks second in producing cassava in Indonesia. One of the regencies / cities that has thepotential to be developed in cassava farming is Karanganyar Regency. Karanganyar Regency has acassava variety called Jalak Towo. Jalak towo has a softer texture compared to other cassava.Thisstudy aim were determine the factors of production that affect the production of jalak towo cassava inKaranganyar Regency and its optimization analysis. The basic method used in this research wasdescriptive and analytical methods. The research location was Tawangmangu Subdistrict and JatiyosoSubdistrict as sub-districts producing jalak towo cassava in Karanganyar Regency. Sampling in thisstudy using a random sampling method with a total of 60 respondents consisting of 30 people at eachlocation. Data analysis methods used include: cobb-douglas production function analysis, varyingmodel parameter analysis and optimization analysis. The results of this study indicate that the factorsthat influence the production of jalak towo cassava are land area, experience, manure, urea fertilizer,age of the farmer, and location. Production factors that affect cassava production from the analysis ofvarying model parameters in Kec. Tawangmangu is the area ofland, manure, urea fertilizer, age of the farmer, and labor, while in Kec. Jatiyoso is land area and age. A research, aiming to describe thefarmer's attitude and analyze the farmer's attitudes and the influence factors that influence the farmer'sattitudes on the food security empowerment program. The research used mixed method, the number ofresearch respondents was 60 farmers members of the farmer's group association Enggal Maju KebumenDistrict, determined by cluster random sampling, and for qualitative data, the informants were selectedpurposively. The Farmer's attitude analyzed with descriptive analysis and the influence factors offarmers' attitude used multiple linear regression analysis. Farmer's attitude analyzed with descriptiveanalysis and the influence factors of farmer's attitude used multiple linear regression analysis. Theresult show that the farmer's attitudes in terms of cognitive, affective, and conative components towardthe objectives program were high, farmer's attitudes towards, the target, implementation, and benefits ofthe program were very highly classified. Farm size, personal experience, and the influence of the important people were a significant effect on the farmer's attitudes in food security empowermentprograms. One of the companiesengaged in the organic vegetable business in Malang City is Abang Sayur Organik (ABS) SMEs. Theorganic broccoli commodity is a superior product from ABS SMEs which continues supplied to retailand manufacture. Common problems that occur in the organic broccoli supply chain are fluctuations indemand and mismatches in the quality of products shipped. Measurement of supply chain performanceis needed to answer the existing problem. This study aims to describe the condition of supply chainmanagement and measure the performance of organic vegetable supply chains in ABS SMEs. The dataused are primary data obtained from questionnaires distributed to all ABS organic broccoli supply chainactors. Supply chain performance measurement uses the benchmark score method of Supply ChainOperation Reference (SCOR) performance indicators that include reliability, responsiveness, agility,costs, and assets with a value classification of parity, advantage, and superior. The results showed thatsupply chain actors involved were suppliers, distributors, manufacturers, retailers, and consumers.Measurement of Perfect Order Fulfillment performance indicators at the position of advantage at the supplier level and superior at the distributor level to retail. The value of Order Fulfillment Cycle Timeand flexibility are superior at each actor, while the value of inventory days of supply at the supplier,distributor and manufacturing level is at a position of advantage but at the retail level at a superiorposition.
