Sexual violence is a crime that is very heinous, immoral, despicable, and violates norms where the victims are women, both adults and minors. Sexual violence against children has an emotional and physical impact on the victim. Emotionally, children as victims of sexual violence experience stress, depression, mental shock, feelings of guilt and self-blame, fear of relating to others, nightmares, and insomnia. This prompted researchers to conduct research related to the role of family social support on self-acceptance in adolescent victims of sexual violence, with the aim of obtaining an overview of the forms of social support provided by families in the process of self-acceptance to adolescent victims of sexual abuse. This research was conducted using a qualitative method with a case study approach. As for the data collection, researchers used structured interviews through instruments that have been provided by researchers with the aim of knowing the form of support provided by the family. This study aims to examine the pattern of parenting that is applied to the care of children of families of Indonesian migrant workers in Sumbergede Village, East Lampung Regency by describing the fulfillment of rights which refers to Article 18 of the Sumber Gede Village Regulation No. 04 of 2021. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method. The data collection technique used is interviews. There are approximately 101 people in their families who work as Indonesian Migrant Workers in Sumbergede Village. The results showed that the parenting pattern applied when referring to the village regulation number 04 of 2021 was not optimal. This is because many programs that should be running are not running. Such as collaboration with PKK or related parties regarding child care patterns. So in the end it is the family who fulfills these obligations. Discrimination against women often results in violence, which one of the forms is the violence of the female reproductive system. Most Indonesian women have not earned the full rights of their reproductive health. It is not yet recognized by most Indonesian women that the rights of the reproductive system are autonomic which indicates that each individual must own the right completely.The issue regarding the fulfillment of the female reproductive system is usually described in fiqh doctrine which tends to be gender biased. If we are able to analyze the issue deeper, the Al Qur'an's doctrine gives a proper analysis regarding the health of the reproductive system. Within surah An Nisa', Allah highlighted that men and women are given an equal responsibility to grow humanity. It is clearly stated within the holy Al Qur'an that woman's rights must be held responsible, respected, and protected. As an example, the holy Al Qur'an forbidding to conduct sexual intercourse with women during their period. Another example is that holy Al Qur'an explained that pregnant and breastfeeding women are in their vital stage, and they must be protected.As there are different doctrines between the fiqh and al-Qur'an regarding the issue of the female reproductive system, it is clear that the gender position of women within fiqh becomes an essential topic to discuss. Since the pandemic status was established, the government has imposed restrictions on community activities, including teaching and learning activities in schools. Learning from home activities makes children unable to carry out their activities at school. The covid-19 pandemic has lasted for 2 years, children who at the beginning of the covid-19 pandemic were at the level of Early Childhood Education, now they are at the elementary school level. This means that so far they have not experienced face-to-face activities at school to the fullest. This paper is also based on the importance of discussing women, more specifically from the thoughts of the great scholar, Buya Hamka. Buya Hamka's thoughts in this paper are obtained from his work, namely a book entitled \"Buya Hamka Talks about Women\". The purpose of this paper is to find out what Buya Hamka thinks about the glory of women from an Islamic perspective. The paradigm used in this paper is the constructivist paradigm. This paper includes a literature review using qualitative methods. In this paper, data collection was carried out by dissecting the contents of Buya Hamka's book and using books, articles, and journals as additional references. Stuart Hall's representation theory is the theory used in this paper. In Stuart Hall's theory, a problem is explained linguistically and then found the meaning of the language. The sample in this study were female employees who worked at Bank Sumsel Babel Syariah who were married and had children, totaling 35 people. The results showed that work family conflict had no effect on the performance of female employees of Bank Sumsel Babel Syariah. However, workload has a positive and significant effect on the performance of female employees of Bank Sumsel Babel Syariah. Then work stress has a negative and significant effect on the performance of female employees of Bank Sumsel Babel and work family conflict has a positive and significant effect on stress. Workload has a positive and significant effect on work stress on female employees of Bank Sumsel Babel Syariah. Based on the results of the analysis of work stress is not able to mediate the effect of work family conflict on employee performance.
