The problem was solved for parametric synthesis in the design of technological equipment for additive shaping with a hybrid layout, the authors provided the necessary formative capabilities of the device: - the possibility of extruder contact with all points of the formed part; it is possible to set the normal to the surface of the part along the axis of the extruder. A mathematical model is proposed for determining the magnitude of the kinetic component of the error in the additive shaping of products. The technique will improve the accuracy of additive shaping methods.The questions in the article are considered about increasing the accuracy of additive methods of forming. Car accidents with dangerous goods are the most frequent and large-scale compared to accidents in other modes of transport. To reduce the consequences of the car accidents with dangerous goods, an emergency response is required. Rapid response is achieved through the introduction of special software and hardware into the automated control system. The authors developed a working layout of hardware and software packages, which includes an incident’s fact identification system in automatic mode and special software. The hardware and software packages is developed on the basis of emergency models and software algorithms built by the authors. The hardware and software packages architecture was designed and a database was developed that provides the collection, storage, and processing of the necessary information for the decision-maker for the elimination of the consequences of the car accident. Evaluation of the effectiveness of the proposed hardware and software packages shows a significant reduction in the time to inform decision-makers about accidents by 73%. The reporting time through the hardware and software packages does not depend on the scene of accidents, the distance of the accidents from the emergency dispatch services and the time of day.The paper discusses safety issues for the transport of dangerous goods. The test bench, called Maison CBET, consists of a transportable standard container modified in a heated, ventilated and air-conditioned habitable office. The opaque and glazed components of the thermal envelope can be easily modified from uninsulated to well insulated, with a wide range of options, as well as shielded against solar radiation. A complete HVAC system is also installed. This is based on electric devices that can be switched on selectively and are powered by separate power lines, continuously monitored by a real time data acquisition system. Weather data and internal comfort parameters are contemporarily monitored. To this end, more effective monitoring and control strategies need to be developed in the near future. In particular, the development of a real-time monitoring technique for the in-cylinder pressure plays a key role. If the use of direct, flush-mounted, in-cylinder pressure sensors is hampered by several disadvantages (harsh environment due to high temperature and pressure, expensive machining to install the sensor inside the combustion chamber), indirect measurement technique could provide relevant benefits.
