The result of the research which was obtained from male participants who have t-value of -8.113 with the significance of .000 and from female participants who have t-value of -6.786 with the same significance. The significance value (p-value) is smaller than the level of significance .05(p < α = 0.05), so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. In other words, dollyo Chagi kick training program using elastic power bands can significantly increase the explosive power of leg muscle trainees of UKM Taekwondo Universitas Negeri Malang. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan terhadap peserta latihan putra memperoleh nilai t-hitung sebesar -8,113 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 dan pada peserta latihan putri diperoleh t-hitung sebesar -6,786 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000. Nilai signifikansi (p) lebih kecil dari taraf signifikansi 0,05 (p < α = 0,05), maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Program latihan tendangan dollyo chagi menggunakan elastis power ini secara signifikansi dapat meningkatkan kemampuan daya ledak otot tungkai peserta latihan UKM Taekwondo Universitas Negeri Malang. This research is a sports action research with a qualitative and quantitative descriptive approach. The subjects of this research are 20 sepaktakraw extracurricular participants at SMPN 6 Malang. The results of this research are based on the data obtained, it can be concluded that after the action of cycle 1, cycle 2 and cycle 3, the results of each indicator have increased 90% from prefix indicator, 85% footstool, 85% body position and view of ball, 90% hand position, 87.5% ankle position, and 82.5% kick result. The conclusions of this research are varied drill methods can improve the basic kedeng smash technique skills on sepaktakraw extracurricular participants at SMPN 6 Malang.Keywords: Drill method, the basic technique of sepaktakraw, extracurricular. Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan keterampilan teknik dasar smash kedeng sepaktakraw menggunakan metode drill bervariasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan olahraga dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dan deskriptif kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 20 peserta ekstrakurikuler sepaktakraw di SMPN 6 Malang. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan data yang diperoleh, dapat disimpulkan bahwa setelah diberikan tindakan dari siklus 1, siklus 2 dan siklus 3, hasil pada tiap-tiap indikator sudah terjadi peningkatan dari indikator awalan 90%, tumpuan kaki 85%, posisi badan dan pandangan bola 85%, posisi tangan 90%, posisi engkel 87,5%, dan hasil sepakan 82,5%.Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah metode drill bervariasi dapat meningkatkan keterampilan teknik dasar smash kedeng pada peserta ekstrakurikuler sepaktakraw di SMPN 6 Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengembangan R&D dengan teknik random sampling, menggunakan sampel 40 petenis pemula. Analisis data menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif. Validitas penilaian ahli = 3,89 (sangat baik). Hasil penilaian ahli: 1) grip = 83% atau baik, 2) ready position = 100%atau sangat baik, 3) back swing = 100% atau sangat baik, 4) swing = 100% atau sangat baik, 5) impack = 100% atau sangat baik, 6) Followthrow = 100% atau sangat baik, dan 7) Kelayakan produk instrumen penilaianLUCKY = 97% atau sangat baik. Minat dan motivasi mahasiswa terhadap instrumen LUCKY: 1) minat: 100% atau sangat berminat, dan 2) motivasi: 100% atau sangat berminat. Melalui PTK ini dilaksanakan pembelajaran lempar lembing menggunakan pendekatan permainan.Subjek dalam penelitian tindakan kelas ini adalah siswa kelas VIII BSMPK Frateran Celaket 21 Malang semester genap tahun ajaran 2012-2013, yang berjumlah 30 siswa terdiri dari 19 siswa laki-laki dan 11 siswa perempuan.Data diperoleh peneliti dari pengamatan saat berlangsungnya proses pembelajaran terhadap 30 siswa sebagai subjek penelitian dengan menggunakan lembar observasi yang terdiri dari gerakan meluncur, gerakan kaki, gerakan tangan, gerakan mengambil nafas, dan koordinasi gerakan.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa keterampilan siswa kelas VIII B SMPK Frateran Celaket 21 Malang mengalami peningkatan. Hasil observasi awal keterampilan adalah 50,36%, kemudian meningkat pada siklus I sebesar 13,27% atau menjadi 63,64%. Pada siklus II meningkat sebesar 19,3% atau menjadi 82,94%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Part Whole Method pada pembelajaran renang gaya dada dapat meningkatkan keterampilan siswa kelas VIII BSMPK Frateran Celaket 21 Malang.Kata Kunci: meningkatkan keterampilan, pembelajaran, Part Whole Method, renang gaya dada. Abstract: This study aimed to determine: (1) increase students' learning skills when learning breaststroke swimming using Method Part Whole instrument used in this study, is the observation sheets, field notes, and documentation. The research design used in this study is action research (PTK). TOD is implemented through learning javelin permainan.Subjek approach in classroom action research is a class VIII BSMPK Frateran Malang Celaket 21 semester 2012-2013 school year, which amounts to 30 students consisted of 19 male students and 11 students perempuan.Data Researchers from the observations obtained during the learning process of the 30 students as research subjects by using the observation sheet which consists of a gliding movement, leg movements, hand gestures, the movement took a breath, and movement coordination. The results showed that the skills of students of class VIII B SMPK Frateran Celaket 21 Malang has increased. Results of initial observation skills is 50.36%, then increased in the first cycle of 13.27% to 63.64%. In the second cycle increased by 19.3% to 82.94%. In the exercise group there is an increased ability agility footwork of seconds and t-drill exercise group as improvements of seconds. From these data indicate that the t-drill exercise there is an increase greater than the t-drill exercise. Conclusion The results showed that the t-drill exercises increase in agility footwork better than footwork drills. ABSTRAK: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan kelincahan terhadap peningkatan kemampuan kelincahan gerak kaki untuk atlet pemula pada PB Tunas Harapan Prambon Kabupaten Nganjuk. Pada kelompok latihan footwork terdapat peningkatan kemampuan kelincahan sebesar detik dan kelompok latihan t-drill terdapat peningkatan sebesar detik. Dari data tersebut menunjukkan bahwa pada latihan t-drill terdapat peningkatan yang lebih besar dibandingkan latihan t-drill. Kesimpulan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada latihan t-drill peningkatan kelincahan gerak kaki lebih baik daripada latihan footwork. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah (1) diskusi dengan pakar pendidikan karakter tentang nilai-nilai silat (2) kajian pustaka terhadap literatur dan (3) observasi partisipatif terhadap kegiatan silat di lingkungan sekolah dasar dan masyarakat. Hasil dari penelitian ini (1) nilai-nilai karakter yang bisa ditanamkan adalah kedisplinan serta nilai karakter kehati-hatian dalam bertindak, (2) gerakan yang bisa diterapkan adalah hindar dan elak untuk melatih peserta didik membela diri dan (3) piranti motion capture memiliki peluang untuk koreksi atas gerakan yang dilakukan oleh peserta didik agar lebih akurat dan terarah. Simpulan dari penelitian ini, penanam pendidikan karakter di sekolah dasar dengan silat bisa berbasis peranti motion capture. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektifitas waktu pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani olahraga dan kesehatan yang dilakukan di SMPN 11 Malang, Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode observasi. Subjek penelitian pada penelitian ini adalah 3 guru PJOK SMPN 11 Malang. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi berdasarkan salah satu point Alat Penilaian Kemampuan Guru (APKG). Peneliti melakukan pengamatan secara langsung saat guru melakukan proses kegiatan pembelajaran. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji statistik deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif dengan persentase. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah efektivitas waktu pembelajaran PJOK pada guru pertama 98 menit dengan persentase sebesar 82%, guru kedua 98 menit dengan persentase sebesar 82%, guru ketiga 103 menit dengan persentase sebesar 86%, dengan hasil keseluruhannya 100 menit persentase 83%.
