Cholid","doi":"10.17977/um040v4i1p59-65","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.17977/um040v4i1p59-65","url":null,"abstract":"Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengembangkan modul pelatihan renang gaya dada untuk mempermudah para pelatih renang gaya dada dalam aktivitas sebagai pelatih. Metode Penelitian dan Pengembangan digunakan untuk menghasilkan produk pengembangan berupa pelatihan renang gaya dada. Beberapa tahapan penelitian terdiri dari: (1) uji coba ahli desain pembelajaran dan ahli materi renang, (2) pembuatan angket yang divalidasi oleh ahli materi renang dan ahli psikologi olahraga, (3) uji coba lapangan mulai dari teman sejawat, pelatih kelompok kecil, dan pelatih kelompok besar. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket tentang respons para pelatih dan siswa yang dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif yang penyajianya dalam bentuk persentase. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, uji validasi produk oleh ahli desain pembelajaran dengan persentase 96% (sangat baik), ahli materi renang dengan persentase 97,5% (sangat baik), pada uji coba lapangan mulai dari teman sejawat dengan persentase 87,5% (sangat baik) dan siswa renang dengan persentase 80,55% (sangat baik), uji coba pelatih kelompok kecil dengan persentase 87,5% (sangat baik) dan siswa pelatih kelompok kecil dengan persentase 86,8% (sangat baik), uji coba lapangan pelatih kelompok besar dengan persentase 90,1% (sangat baik) dan siswa pelatihan kelompok besar 87,6% (sangat baik). Tingkat keefektifan dan efisiensi pembelajaran dengan multimedia interaktif perlu dikaji sehingga akan menemukan formula yang benar dan tepat dalam proses pembelajaran sport massase. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk memperoleh data empiris tentang efektivitas dan efisiensi hasil pembelajaran sport massase dengan multimedia interaktif pada mahasiswa pendidikan jasmani, kesehatan dan rekreasi. Metode penelitian ini penelitian eksperimen dengan menggunakan Pre-Test - Post-Test Control Group Design. Nilai gain score keterampilan sport masase kelompok kontrol memperoleh rata-rata 0,37 yang artinya adalah perbandingan antara nilai Pre-Test dan Post-Test mengalami perbedaan dalam kategori sedang. Nilai gain score keterampilan sport masase kelompok uji coba adalah 0,82 yang artinya adalah perbandingan antara nilai Pre-Test dan Post-Test mengalami perbedaan dalam kategori tinggi. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran multimedia interaktif lebih efektif karena dapat memfasilitasi dan mengatasi kesulitan-kesulitan mahasiswa dalam pembelajaran sport massase menggunakan. Technology development that requires educators to be more creative in using learning media, so that interactive multimedia can facilitate sports learning to be more effective and efficient. The level of effectiveness and efficiency of learning with interactive multimedia needs to be studied so that it will find the correct and correct formula in the sports massage learning process. The research objective is to obtain empirical data about the benefits and efficiency of massase learning outcomes with interactive multimedia on physical education, health and recreation students. This research method is an experimental study using Pre-Test - Post-Test Control Group Design. The gain value of the sports skills score of the control group obtained an average of 0.37 which means that compared to the value of the Pre-Test and Post-Test increasingly varied in the medium category. The score for obtaining a group trial skills score is 0.82 which means that the scores between the Pre-Test and Post-Test are increasingly different in the high category. The research method that was used in this research was quasi experimental. The sample of this research was 30 students who were divided into two groups using ordinal pairing matching technique. The analysis technique that was used in research was one tailed of ANAVA. The research used F-test on significant level 0,05 to analyze the data, the researcher found three conclusions. 1) Drill method training have significantly effected to the students’ shooting skill in futsal extracurricular with FHitung 4,08<FTabel 4,20. 2) Practice of command style was significantly effected to the students’ shooting skill in futsal extracurricular with FHitung 0,56<FTabel 4,20. 3) There was a significantly different effect between the drill method training model and the command style method model with FHitung 2,42<FTabel 4,20. Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan metode drill terhadap keterampilan shooting siswa ekstrakurikuler futsal SMP Negeri 1 Plemahan Kabupaten Kediri. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan berupa penelitian eksperimen semu. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan 30 siswa dan dibagi dalam dua kelompok dengan teknik ordinal pairing matching. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Analisis Varian (ANAVA) satu jalur. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dengan menggunakan uji F pada taraf signifikansi 0,05, diperoleh tiga simpulan hasil penelitian. 1) Latihan metode drill memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keterampilan shooting siswa ekstrakurikuler futsal dengan Fhitung 4,08<Ftabel 4,20. 2) Latihan gaya komando memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keterampilan shooting siswa ekstrakurikuler futsal dengan Fhitung 0,56<Ftabel 4,20. 3) Ada perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara model latihan metode drill dengan model latihan gaya komando dengan Fhitung 2,42<Ftabel 4,20. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, jenis Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus. Subjek penelitian adalah 35 siswa kelas VIII A. Hasil belajar ranah pengetahuan siswa pada pratindakan adalah 31,43% , meningkat 20% menjadi 51,43% pada siklus I, kemudian pada siklus II meningkat 37,14% menjadi 88,57%. Kata Kunci : TGT, hasil belajar, dan aktivitas permainan bolabasketAbstrak : This research is aimed to know the improvement of cognitive learning achievements on basketball games activity topic by using TGT on grade 8th A student of SMPN 2 Srengat Kabupaten Blitar. This research uses qualitative approach type class action reseach (PTK) which held in 2 cycle. The subject of the research is 35 student of grade 8th A. Based on the results of preliminary observations obtained learning outcomes of students when the practice of the basic technique of under passing volleyball at a lesser level. Then learning using the play approach for two cycles and learning outcomes using the play approach at the end of the second cycle obtained the percentage results with the level of truth that is 23 or 76.67% good category, body position 24 or 80% good category, 23 arm position or 76.67% good category, the direction and direction of the ball 24 or 80% good category. Based on the results of the percentage it can be said that through the play approach can improve the learning outcomes of basic techniques of under passing the volleyball of students of class VIII-D State Junior High School 15 Malang. Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian tindakan kelas ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar passing bawah bolavoli siswa kelas VIII-D SMP Negeri 15 Malang dengan menggunakan pendekatan bermain. Berdasarkan hasil observasi awal diperoleh hasil belajar peserta didik saat praktik teknik dasar passing bawah bolavoli pada taraf kurang. Kemudian dilaksanakan pembelajaran menggunakan pendekatan bermain selama dua siklus dan hasil belajar menggunakan pendekatan bermain pada akhir siklus dua diperoleh hasil persentase dengan tingkat kebenaran yaitu posisi kaki 23 atau 76,67% kategori baik, posisi badan 24 atau 80% kategori baik, posisi lengan 23 atau 76,67% kategori baik, perkenaan dan arah bola 24 atau 80% kategori baik. Berdasarkan hasil persentase dapat dikatakan bahwa melalui pendekatan bermain dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar teknik dasar passing bawah bolavoli siswa kelas VIII-D SMP Negeri 15 Malang. This research method uses research and development methods. Data analysis techniques used are qualitative analysis techniques and quantitative analysis techniques in the form of percentages. The results of the PPCO material expert were 94.35%, 97.72% media expert results, 88.63% linguist results, 95.19% PPCO learning practitioners, the results of field trials were 86.74% product effectiveness testing, and test product attractiveness 90.84%. From these results the product is declared very valid (can be used without repairs), very effective and very interesting. Key words: Development, First Aid Sports Injury, Broken Bones, Fracture, Android Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memecahkan masalah yang ada dengan mengembangkan bahan ajar pertolongan pertama cedera olahraga patah tulang (fracture) berbasis android untuk mahasiswa Pendidikan Jasmani dan Kesehatan Fakultas Ilmu Keolahragaan Universitas Negeri Malang. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan. Teknnik analisa data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis kualitatif dan teknik analisis kuantitatif berupa persentase. Hasil ahli materi PPCO 94,35%, hasil ahli media 97,72%, hasil ahli bahasa 88,63%, hasil praktisi pembelajaran PPCO 95,19%, hasil uji coba lapangan yaitu uji coba efektifitas produk 86,74%, dan uji daya tarik produk 90,84%. Dari hasil tersebut produk dinyatakan sangat valid (dapat digunakan tanpa perbaikan), sangat efektif dan sangat menarik. It used a survey method with cross-sectional approach to gain the data. The data analysis used one way variance analysis with the α=0.05. based on the one way variance analysis, it showed the probability was 0.000 < 0.05, so the H0 was rejected. It meant that there was a difference endurance level of 9-years-old children living in lowland, plains, and plateau areas. The results of the anava analysis showed that the lowlands were better than the temperate plains, and the highlands were better than the low and plains.Keywords: The level of resistance the heart children aged 9 years living in the lowlands, Plains, and Plateaus. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada perbedaan tingkat daya tahan pada anak putra usia 9 tahun yang tinggal di daerah dataran rendah, dataran sedang, dan dataran tinggi di wilayah Kabupaten Malang. Jenis penelitian menggunakan metode survei dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Analisis data menggunakan analisis varians satu arah dengan α=0,05. Berdasarkan analisis varians satu arah menunjukkan probabilitas 0,000 < 0,05, maka H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima, yang berarti terdapat perbedaan perkembangan daya tahan pada anak usia 9 tahun, yang tinggal di dataran rendah, dataran sedang dan dataran tinggi. Hasil analisis anava menunjukkan bahwa dataran rendah lebih baik daripada dataran sedang, dan dataran tinggi lebih baik daripada dataran rendah dan sedang. The result of data analysis, it can be concluded that: (1) the learning of drill method give significant influence to the result of learning skill passing and control soccer from the participant football extracurricular in state junior high school 19 cities malang ,(2) the learning method of small-sided games gives a significant influence on the result of learning skill passing and control soccer from the participant football extracurricular in state junior high school 19 cities malang, (3) there is no significant difference of drill method learning with small-sided games on the result of learning skill of passing and control soccer from the participant football extracurricular in state junior high school 19 cities malang , but based on average score of drill learning ended give the better influence. Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode drill dan metode small-sided games terhadap hasil belajar keterampilan passing dan control sepakbola peserta ekstrakurikuler sepakbola di SMP Negeri 19 Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian the macthing pretest-posttest comparison group design. Subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 30 peserta. Analisis data dari penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis varians satu jalur. Dari hasil analisis data, dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) pembelajaran metode drill memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap hasil belajar keterampilan passing dan control sepakbola peserta ekstrakurikuler sepakbola SMP Negeri 19 Malang, (2) pembelajaran metode small-sided games memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap hasil belajar keterampilan passing dan control sepakbola peserta ekstrakurikuler sepakbola SMP Negeri 19 Malang, (3) tidak ada perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara pembelajaran metode drill dengan small-sided games terhadap hasil belajar keterampilan passing dan control sepakbola peserta ekstrakurikuler sepakbola SMP Negeri 19 Malang, tetapi berdasarkan rata-rata skor akhir pembelajaran drill memberikan pengaruh yang lebih baik.
