The core of it is to exert attraction on the weight coefficients in the process of iteration to make the error close to zero as far as possible. However, if the weight coefficients are applied with the same attraction, it leads to the slow convergence of the algorithm due to the insufficient attraction when the weight coefficient is close to zero. And when the weight coefficient is large, the steady-state error of the algorithm will increase due to the immoderate pressure applied. At the same time, the fixed step size and regularization parameter make it difficult for the algorithm to maintain a suitable trade-off between the steady state error and the fixed step size. Therefore, considering the aspects of the attraction operator, step size, and regularization parameter, an improved algorithm named VP-LZA-LMS (Variable Parameters and Logarithmic function based ZA-LMS) is suggested in this essay. Firstly, the original penalty term in ZA-LMS is changed using the logarithmic function, and then a new weight updating equation is derived, which enables the algorithm to exert different attractive force according to the value of the coefficient during updating. Secondly, on the basis of the reduced mean square deviation, new formulas are created that allow the step size and regularization parameter to be changed in real time in line with the error. The imbalance between the steady state error and the convergence rate is alleviated by the step size and regularization parameter's variability. To effectively deal with this problem, we propose to take advantage of large and small step-sizes through the adaptation of the mixing factor to improve the M-PNSAF performance. Different from adaptively adjusting the mixing factor through a sigmoid function, the proposed algorithm minimizes the squared a posterior subband errors at each iteration to find the optimal time-varying mixing factor. Deep learning has been applied to knowledge tracing to improve the tracing accuracy of the model substantially. However, compared with traditional knowledge tracing methods, deep knowledge tracing lacks effective feedback to teachers or students. The connection between the input data features and the output tracing results cannot be well explained. It is challenging to predict students' performance in the future period based on a small number of samples in practice. In this paper, we propose a deep knowledge tracing model based on Bayesian inference (TBKT). Specifically, a priori data subsets are formed by sampling the training data, and data augmentation is performed on the data subsets by Bayesian regression. The model is trained to approximate the Bayesian posterior distribution based on a small subset combined with query data. Protocols with frequency above 3 GHz, such as high-band WiFi and V2X, tend to have longer testing times for TIS. Due to the proliferation of such devices and bands, testing time reduction is of great significance. Among all potential methods, measurement grid reduction is a more effective one. This paper evaluates the effect of different measurement grid distribution on OT A performance of 5G wireless devices operating above 3 GHz. The determination of associated measurement uncertainty (MU) term is proposed and characterized based on statistical analysis. The reasonable MU limit for grid distribution is also proposed. As the results of turbulence, the plasma sheath is time-varying. In addition, the hypersonic vehicle and plasma sheath keeps a high-speed relative motion with the radar on the ground. The plasma sheath will influence the original electromagnetic scattering properties of the aircraft, which will affect the normal observation of the aircraft from the radar. Therefore, it is significant to study the interaction between plasma sheaths and electromagnetic wave. They have been used in aircraft and ship navigation from the early stage of research and development, and have gradually been widely used in automobiles. This paper designs a millimeter-wave radar system scheme based on the AWR1243+MUC+FPGA platform. Firstly, the external MUC is used to configure the parameters of each part of the AWR1243 chip through SPI to realize the startup of the chip. Then, through the realization of MIPI CSI-2 interface, the sampling data of radar intermediate frequency signal is extracted. Finally, according to the obtained radar data, the basic principle of frequency modulated continuous wave (FMCW) radar ranging, speed and angle measurement is studied, the radar target is detected by the two-dimensional constant false alarm algorithm, and the two-dimensional constant false alarm detection is detected by the method of point trace aggregation. The proposed method includes directly connecting the non-adjacent resonant units of the filter with a section of 1/2 wavelength transmission line to form a special cross-coupling structure, thereby introducing a pair of transmission zeros, and the out-of-band suppression is below -30dB, which improves the performance and the out-of-band rejection capability of the filter. At the same time, periodic square grooves are used on the outer edge of the coupled resonator to achieve phase velocity compensation between odd-mode and even-mode to suppress parasitic passband. The 1dB bandwidth of this filter is 4.8GHz ~ 5GHz, the center frequency is 4.9GHz, and the bandwidth is 4%. The minimum insertion loss in the passband is 1.6dB and the insertion loss in the band is less than 3dB, and the return loss in the band is less than -11dB. The original unscented kalman filter(UKF) with the mean square error (MSE) criterion based SOC estimation method only performs well under the measurement noises with Gaussian assumption. To improve the estimation accuracy of the UKF under non-Gaussian measurement noise, this paper proposes a novel UKF with the mixture correntropy to accurately estimate SOC. In the proposed method, the mixture correntropy as a cost function (noted as maximum mixture correntropy criterion, MMCC) is used to substitute the MSE in original UKF framework, in which two Gaussian kernel with different kernel width are utilized as the kernel function, and we called it MMCC-UKF. Based on the mathematical model of the second-order equivalent circuit model of battery, a model-driven based novel robustness SOC estimation method is developed by using the proposed MMCC-UKF.
