Financing management is critical to the success of the education sector. As a sector, funding is essential for the development and maintenance of quality education programs and initiatives, so it requires a strong foundation and leaders to bring educational institutions to be better. The principal as a leader is responsible for the achievement of the expected educational goals. This research uses the research method of literature study. This approach is a research method by collecting and analyzing existing literature on a particular topic or field of study. The result of this study is that school principals play an important role in managing education finances and implementing effective leadership strategies can significantly improve resource management and utilization. One key aspect of effective leadership is the ability to communicate financial information clearly and transparently to all stakeholders involved, including teachers, parents, and the wider community. To make search results as comprehensive and accurate as possible, the Authorb of Science core collection was selected for this study. This research uses the subject \"Curriculum Management and the Smart Indonesia Program\". The results of this research show that the challenge in evaluating context is the mismatch between regulations at the central and school levels (regulations of the Secretariat General of the Ministry of Education and Culture and standard operating procedures (SOP) in all schools in Indonesia. Schools must be involved in student verification and validation to determine which students will receive PIP funds so that they are truly targeted. Job opportunities that are already filled can be seen in the number of people who are already working. The aim of this research is to look at the influence of the Provincial Minimum Wage, Labor Productivity, and Gross Fixed Capital Formation on Labor Absorption on the Islands of Sumatra and Java. Secondary data used in this research comes from the Central Statistics Agency and the Ministry of Manpower. The method used in this research is the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method and uses panel data with 80 studies with a research period of 2018-2022. The results of the research show that the Provincial Minimum Wage and PMTB have a positive and significant influence on labor absorption on the islands of Sumatra and Java. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach to explore the concepts of National Defense, the spirit of nationalism, and national integration and to identify the relationship between the three. The concept of National Defense has high urgency in the context of national development in Indonesia. Through active community participation in National Defense programs, a collective awareness of the importance of loyalty, solidarity and national unity is created. Defending the Nation has a significant impact on increasing the spirit of nationalism among society. Through participation in National Defense activities, society can strengthen feelings of love and loyalty towards the homeland and foster solidarity and unity among citizens. Implementation of National Defense programs also has a positive impact in strengthening national integration. The study examined the effect of family management, family ownership structure, capital structure and investment opportunity set on company performance. The population of this study is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2017 to 2022 and a sample of 22 companies using purposive sampling techniques. Through a qualitative approach and literature study, this research analyses concepts, history and approaches in Islamic education resource management. The research method involved collecting data from various sources, including books, journals and official documents relevant to this topic. Data analysis was conducted by summarising the findings and identifying relevant patterns and trends. The results show that Islamic education resource management includes managing human, material, financial and spiritual resources by applying Islamic values in every aspect. The history of the development of Islamic education management shows an evolution from the golden age to the modern era, characterised by challenges and adaptation to changing times. There are various approaches to Islamic education management, such as operational, behavioural, system and quantitative approaches, which provide a comprehensive framework for managing Islamic education institutions effectively and efficiently. By understanding the concepts, history and approaches in Islamic education resource management, it is hoped that Islamic education institutions can achieve their educational goals more effectively, as well as make a positive contribution to the development of Muslim society as a whole. This research was carried out at Tugu Jebres Elementary School, Surakarta. This form of research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. This research strategy uses a qualitative descriptive design with a case study approach. The subjects of this research included class 1B teachers, class 1B students and parents of class 1B students. The object of this research is independence in implementing P5 to increase the independent character value of class 1B students at SD Negeri Tugu Jebres Surakarta. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research can be concluded that: 1) the independence of class 1B students in implementing P5 at SD Negeri Tugu Jebres Surakarta consists of 6 indicators. Berdasarkan penelitian ini didapatkan hasil bahwa Kepala sekolah bersama tenaga pendidik di MAN Kota Cimahi mengadakan rapat mengenai perencanaan sarana dan prasarana sebelum tahun ajaran baru, kepala sekola juga meminta masukan dari setiap penanggung jawab atas pengadaan sarpas baik di dalam kelas maupun diluar kelas, Pengadaan sarana dan prasarana di anggarkan ke dana BOS, Pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana di MAN Kota Cimahi melibatkan empat tim, memiliki standar operasional (SOP), dan menggunakan buku catatan peminjaman barang. Ada dua faktor yang mempengaruhi implementasi manajemen sarana dan prasarana yaitu Faktor pendorong dari manajemen sarana dan prasarana di MAN Kota Cimahi adalah adanya dukungan dan perhatian dari pemerintah untuk terus membangun fasilitas yang berkualitas demi kelancaran akademik dengan bantuan operasional sekolah (BOS), faktor penghambatnya adalah adanya sarpas yang hilang atau rusak dan di satu sisi anggaran tidak mamadai. This study explores the leadership role of Silmy Karim, a private figure who has responsibilities in the Directorate General of Immigration, by focusing on the influence of integrity and the spirit of defending the country in his leadership. The concept of learning by doing and the corporate management approach are also the focus in analyzing the strategies and principles applied by Silmy Karim. Through a qualitative approach, data was collected through interviews, observations and study of related documents. The research results show that Silmy Karim's leadership significantly influenced the increase in PNBP and progress in immigration management. Integrating the values of integrity and the spirit of defending the country in the performance of the Directorate General of Immigration is the key to achieving significant results.
