However, the Sinapeul durian agro-tourism area has not been running optimally, this is thought to be caused by several factors, namely the absence of a strategy and policy on the management and development of the agro-tourism area. In addition, the cooperation agreement that occurs between the village government and smallholders is not yet clear. The purpose of this study was to analyze the strategy for the development of the durian agro-tourism area and to analyze the contract applied between the village government and the tenant farmers. The research method used is a qualitative method with the Interpretative Structural Modeling (ISM) approach. Interpretative Structural Modeling (ISM) is a well-established methodology for identifying relationships between specific variables that define a problem or issue. Based on the results of research that has been conducted by researchers, there are seven elements that become indicators of agro-tourism area development strategies with the main strategies, namely agro-tourism development innovation, institutional support, promotion and marketing (level 1), strengthening regulations and policies, and investors (level 2), quality development. Human resources and community participation with the village (level 3). In Islam, there are several contract options in agricultural management such as Muzara Mukabarah and Musaqah. This study aims to determine whether the application of knowledge management has a significant influence on the performance improvement of Majalengka University with organization culture as an intervening variable. The research method used is a survey method with the type of associative research. The author took a sample of 77 permanent lecturers and DPK Majalengka University. Data were collected through a questionnaire in the form of a statement list, the method of data analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS) with the help of smart-PLS 3.0 software. There for, we want to study more deep about murabahah finance in BMT RIzky Barokah as a research object. The research aims to analysis of the operation of murabahah finance, analysis of murabahah operation in KSPPS BMT Rizky Barokah with Fatwa Dewan Syariah Nasional (DSN MUI), and analysis of member perception of KSPPS BMT Rizky Barokah about murabahah finance. This type of research is qualitative research with data analysis techniques, namely data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing and verification. The result is found conclusion that is process of operationalization of murabahah finance in KSPPS BMT Rizky Barokah different based on object of goods in the murabahah promise. There is a goods that have facilitated by BMT is motor-bicycle but there is have another goods that proxies by another party for the procuration. Therefore sharia compliance is a fundamental principle in Islamic banking practices. Muamalah law, especially the economy, has a high degree of difference, so the sharia compliance standards in Indonesia refer to the Fatwa of the National Sharia Council-Indonesian Ulama Council (DSN-MUI). This study aims to analyze the practice of sharia compliance in Islamic Rural Banks (BPRS) in Indonesia. The data analyzed is the assessment of the Sharia Supervisory Board (DPS) on the practice of BPRS for five years. The sample distribution covers all regions of Indonesia with 24 units of analysi with 46 respondenss. The data analysis used quantitative descriptive analysis and compared it with the DSN-MUI fatwa. This study's results indicate that the level of compliance with Islamic rural banks in Indonesia is, on average, excellent. Other findings show that, when viewed from the contract's practice, financing with a musyarakah contract has the highest level of sharia compliance compared to separate agreements. Meanwhile, the lowest sharia compliance is in the murabahah contract. This condition is influenced because Islamic banks often use the murabahah bil wakalah contract. {"title":"Determinan Return On Asset Bank BRI Syariah Periode 2015-2019","authors":"Ilani Pujiyanti, Faisal Rakhman","doi":"10.32483/MAPS.V4I1.51","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.32483/MAPS.V4I1.51","url":null,"abstract":"The level of BRISyariah Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) for the period 2015-2019 is already in the very healthy category (above 12%), while the level of Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) is still in a fairly healthy category (around 85%), the ratio of Operating Costs to Operating Income ( BOPO) is in the unhealthy category (above 95%), as well as the level of Return On Assets (ROA), especially during 2019, is in the unhealthy category (below 0.5%). This study analyzes the influence of CAR, FDR, BOPO on ROA in BRISyariah. This research is a quantitative type with an associative approach. With secondary data in the form of published quarterly financial reports of BRISyariah for the period 2015-2019. Tests conducted to determine the relationship and influence between variables partially and simultaneously, multiple regression, coefficient of determination, t test and F test. The results of this study indicate that (1) there is a negative effect of CAR on ROA where the value of tcount>ttable (2.352>2.120) is on the negative side with R2 of 23.5%, (2) there is no effect of FDR on ROA where the tcount value isttable (11,823>2,120) with the tcount on the negative side, while the R2 value is 88.8 %. (4) simultaneously there is a significant effect of CAR, FDR and BOPO on ROA with the results of Fcount>Ftable (331,743> 3,24) with a R2 value of 98.4%. This research is motivated by the widespread use of financial technology among students. Financial technology helps to buy and selling transactions so that the payment system becomes more economical and efficient and remains active. The method used in this research is quantitative through a descriptive analysis approach. Data collection used questionnaires with research samples from UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung. The results showed the effect of financial literacy, as evidenced by the usefulness indicators and linear ease indicators on the use of the financial technology system for students of UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung. Respondents of 48% admit that literacy regarding the use of financial technology has been felt and is proven by the respondent's knowledge of financial technology, which can facilitate the process of business transactions or services. Also, research on the effect of inclusion is in line with the use of the financial technology system. The method used in this study is a research mix method, which is a step of research by combining two forms of approach in research that is quantitative and qualitative. The population in this study were all employees in the Bank Daerah Syariah (BDS) as many as 53 employeesThe results showed that the career development variable (X1) and also the Organizational Climate (X2) had a positive and significant effect on the variable Employee Commitment (Y). The conclusion of the research shows that to increase the commitment of employees in PT Bank Daerah Syariah, the company needs to improve the existing career development system and maintain the organizational climate so that it remains conducive for all employees. Stages of strategic management are needed to generate the vision, mission, objectives, policy, program, budget, and procedures as well as control and evaluation process as an effort to utilize ICT to improve school quality. Based on the interpretation and the results of the study, it is concluded that schools have organized stages in strategic management that enable schools to have a quality profile. The impact of effective utilization of ICTs for schools is the achievement of effective school management, as per the National Education Standards, which is characterized by effective planning, implementation, control, and evaluation of school ICTs.The purpose of this study is to get a general description, describe, and reveal the Strategic Management of Information and Communication Technology Utilization to Improve the Quality of School Learning in Ciledug Al Musaddadiyah Vocational High School and Garut 1 Vocational High School, both on environmental analysis, strategic formulation, implementation and strategic evaluation. The research method used in this research is the case study method, because the problems studied occur in the place and situation of Ciledug Al Musaddadiyah Vocational School and Vocational High School 1 Garut. The use of case study models in this study is based on the consideration that to provide an overview of the strategic management activities of the use of ICTs carried out at vocational high schools with the ultimate goal of being able to improve the quality of school learning.
