This study aims to determine whether the application of knowledge management has a significant influence on the performance improvement of Majalengka University with organization culture as an intervening variable. The research method used is a survey method with the type of associative research. The author took a sample of 77 permanent lecturers and DPK Majalengka University. Data were collected through a questionnaire in the form of a statement list, the method of data analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS) with the help of smart-PLS 3.0 software. 摘要

知识管理过程将创造一种新的文化,即知识共享,这种文化足够强大,能够创造良好的组织绩效,但是仍然有许多组织或公司没有很好地实施知识管理。本研究旨在以组织文化为中介变量,确定知识管理的应用对马雅伦卡大学绩效提升是否有显著影响。采用的研究方法是一种关联研究类型的调查方法。作者以马雅伦卡大学的77名常任讲师为样本。数据采用问卷调查的形式,以报表的形式进行收集,数据分析方法采用偏最小二乘法(PLS),并借助于smart-PLS 3.0软件。研究结果表明:应用知识管理和组织文化对马雅伦卡大学绩效提升有直接正向显著的促进作用,知识管理对强化组织文化有正向显著的促进作用,组织文化能够中介知识管理对马雅伦卡大学绩效提升的促进作用。
