This piece made use of a number of different technologies and models, including the Arduino development board, GSM, GPS, a bomb/metal detector, driver circuits, an alarm with motors, and a robot model. The purpose of this research is to develop a robot that can identify and neutralize explosive devices. The Metal Detector Robot is a device that searches an area for metal, including landmines, under the control of an Android-based smartphone. Because of the potential for injury or death associated with landmine use, detectors are essential. Using direct sweeping, an antiquated approach for locating landmines, puts the sweeper's feet in grave danger. In this research, a metal detector is built into the robot system to help detect the presence of metal through the use of coil induction when the robot approaches the metal. The LCD interface shows the metal detection rates. The robot moves thanks to a DC motor controlled by a program running on an Arduino UNO. When the robot detects metal, it will sound a buzzer and show the frequency on an LCD screen. The testing results show that the robot can be controlled by an Android-powered smartphone at a distance of up to 15 m.","PeriodicalId":178817,"journal":{"name":"2023 3rd International Conference on Innovative Practices in Technology and Management (ICIPTM)","volume":"59 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-02-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121314847","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Abnormalities, such as silent cardiac atrial fibrillation, which is caused by an irregular cardiac cycle, are detected with the aid of ECG signal data. Faster and more accurate results from automated classification and detection of the ECG arrhythmia signal are considered essential. Improvements in model speed and robustness have been achieved through the application of various pre-processing techniques and deep learning abilities. Many researchers have paid attention to the performance of various deep learning approaches on different datasets of ECG signals. But they have overlooked the significance of data pre-processing before feeding it to deep learning models. This research proposes a Residual Network (ResNet) architecture that increases training stability using a combination of resampling and data augmentation techniques. The results have proven that ResNet produces higher accuracy on the PhysioNet MIT-BIH Arrhythmia dataset for the classification of ECG data.","PeriodicalId":178817,"journal":{"name":"2023 3rd International Conference on Innovative Practices in Technology and Management (ICIPTM)","volume":"40 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-02-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114573950","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The proposed approach uses Gray Wolf Optimization (GWO) and Firefly Algorithm (FF), which examines a wide range of website attributes, to more precisely identify phishing sites. Then employs Artificial Neural Network (ANN) to classify different website elements according to the importance of each component in differentiating between legitimate and phishing websites using bioinspired-based recommended site feature weights. According to experimental findings, the suggested hybrid bioinspired-based feature weighting greatly improved classification accuracy, true positive (TPR), and negative rates (TNR), as well as precision and F1 score. Phishing is an online crime that entails the gathering of private information like passwords, account numbers, and credit card numbers. Attackers use alluring URLs to entice phony website visitors. Recently, Artificial Intelligence-based phishing detection has seen some success, and in this study, ANN was used to detect phishing. This ANN classifier may make phishing websites simpler to spot. However, it has been shown that the effectiveness of detection can be increased by applying a genetic algorithm to improve feature selection.","PeriodicalId":178817,"journal":{"name":"2023 3rd International Conference on Innovative Practices in Technology and Management (ICIPTM)","volume":"28 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-02-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126723227","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Many studies highlighted that women are generally risk averse with a conservative attitude and they depend on others while taking investment decisions. Studies also highlighted the role of the husband and male members in the investment decision making by the women investors. On the contrary, there are few set of researchers which highlighted that rather than being dependent on others, women share financial responsibilities with others and take joint investment decisions. This study attempts to answer these questions with the empirical evidence in context of India. The objectives of the study were to identify the extent to which women investors depend on others while taking investment decisions and to examine whether they share financial responsibilities with others while taking investment decisions. 450 responses were collected with the help of a structured questionnaire. Women from the Delhi NCR region were selected using the purposive sampling method. The study highlighted that both husband and wife share responsibility with each other while taking investment decisions. The study also highlights who influences the investment decisions in the family. The study investigated the influence of women and their husbands/others when purchasing investment products such as Bank Deposits, 5 Year Tax Saving FDs, Real Estate, Precious Metals, Public Provident Fund (PPF), National Pension Scheme (NPS), Post Office Savings Schemes, Company Deposits, Debentures or Bonds, Mutual Funds, Pension Schemes, Life Insurance, Equity shares, and derivatives, among others. The study concluded that there are women who completely depend on their husbands or other when it comes to investment decisions, but the statement cannot be generalized as there are women who not only share financial responsibilities but take joint investment decisions.","PeriodicalId":178817,"journal":{"name":"2023 3rd International Conference on Innovative Practices in Technology and Management (ICIPTM)","volume":"98 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-02-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131774581","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
