Abstract

This current article explores the design improvement in a Class-Doherty EF Power Amplifier (PA) for Wireless body Area Network application. The cross coupled HCN (CHCN) circuit provide high efficiency and high linearity properties. The Class-EF DPA operation is focused on harmonic termination for efficiency enhancement. Additionally, extend resonance operation. A CHCN circuit is utilized to enhance the gain up to 19.3 dB on the saturation power region. and improve the resonance band operation.
